I recently started banking with CIBC Bank USA because I tend to visit the U.S. yearly as a Canadian. It's pretty convenient to save and spend American dollars without carrying physical cash and change everywhere. The app is pretty simple to use.Slow and barely works
Zelle feature does not work
Logon with faceid fails
When you get a text with your 2FA the number does not show up in the app.
The font is super small for the login page.
This needs an overhaul.

CIBC doesn’t wanna spend money for the US application which is quite sad. They have the best Canadian app over the past few years among the big5 banks and US version is unbelievably terribleHorrible app
Really bad. Sign in problems constantly for no reason. Inside app is plain useless with little function. Compared to Canadian version it’s really pathetic.Follow the template of the Canadian App please

Compared to the Canadian version, this is a sad excuse of a banking app. Can’t even see blank cheques so I don’t know the full account number/routing number. Am I supposed to call for something like that? Actually terrible.No code
No code is ever sent so I can’t login. I think because I’m Canadian with a Canadian number, the app won’t text code to a Canadian number. Idk. Fix it please.Awful and outdated
