Found an awesome pet sitter through this app. Also customer service was super helpful fixing everything when I booked the wrong dates.
Organization is unprofessional
I was a pet sitter for this organization. They provided me little support, would deactivate my account without notification or explanation why, and customer support does not respond when you present them with a problem that their automated system causes. The pet sitters and owners are lovely but the app is not a great facilitator

Pawshake rules!
This app is easy to use and extremely helpful when finding a host for your pet. No more bad service from doggy dog care companies - this deals with real people who care about your pet.
Can’t change language
Half of the app is in French and there is no way to change it. Am I missing something? I made an account and want to start sitting
A Pawsome App
The app is a great concept. We were very happy to find this app, and then choose from the sitter profiles, who was best to take care of our kitties. We were able to meet our sitter and introduce her to our cats before we went away. She lives close by so was able to call in twice a day to feed the cats. It was a perfect choice and our cats got to stay in their own home while we were away. I recommend this app highly.

Super utile et pratique!
Nous avons deux petits furets et c’est toujours stressant de trouver quelqu’un pour s’en occuper quand on s’absente. Avec Pawshake, en quelques clics j’avais des options de gardiens dans ma région, et avec les évaluations des clients s’est rassurant. Notre gardienne était super facile à rejoindre et elle est venue nous rencontrer pour valider si le fit était bon avec Lilly et Toupie. Super bonne expérience, je recommande. Le booking et le paiement est super simple.

We were absolutely delighted to find this app and connect with a sitter for our fur babies. We didn’t want to leave our dogs at home while we travel around Australia as they are both getting on. Pawshake allowed us to still see places where our dogs couldn’t go whilst feeling completely confident they were safe and sound. Our experience was fantastic.

Great and easy!
Downloaded this and within a few hours connected with a local dog sitter who could walk our dogs for us while we took a day trip to a new city. The dogs loved them and we couldn’t be more thankful to Pawshake for the connection.
Great App to Find a Sitter
We have used the app a few times now in the search for sitters in our area. While hyper specific, the only add that I would have is to be able to exclude certain sitters that are not the "perfect match" We will continue to use the app to find daycare for our fur babies!
