Sitters beware! They can cut your account without reason
I’ve been sitting as a job for years, and had more sits set up with Pawshake but after one crazy pet owner complained without evidence of a breach of agreement, they deleted my account without warning or communication and cancelled upcoming sits. I still haven’t heard back from them!
They really don’t have a fair system and can cut your account without giving a reason at all.
Beware and don’t rely on this as a source of income!

C’est parfait
Facile d’utilisation… on trouve des gens super pour prendre soin de nos animaux… je trouvais ça trop beau pour être vrai.. et bien pour une fois, c’est vrai… l’application est réelle et totalement sécurisée.

All options labelled clearly and in a manner that makes sense, no uneccesary or hidden tabs, and everything had its own use and appropriate space.

Great app idea
I have enjoyed using this service and like the app structure. Only issue is when you search and click on someone, if you want to go back it goes back to the start and makes you put in date selections etc again. May not be an issue for everyone. Other than that love it.
A perfect app for puppy owners
We are delighted with this app. It’s easy to use and works very well particularly for those of us who are technically challenged! My particular favourite part is when the sitter sends you photos or a comment while your puppy is on holidays, your phone barks to let you know you have a message! I would recommend this app to people whose dogs are very much part of the family so they don’t want to send them to a kennel. Our dog loves our sitters! They are wonderful!

Poor UX but helpful service
As a product designer myself, using this app can be painful at times. One of the issues is being unable to book a sitter for different services at the same time, for example, 1 visit on the first day, then 3 consecutive days of 2 visits, then 1 visit on the final day. This is a common occurrence when going on holiday. Another issue is being able to connect with a sitter without proposing a required date and service. There’s no way to meet a sitter without sending an enquiry. Overall the app is clunky, which is a shame because it addresses a clear need amongst pet owners. Looking forward to any future updates.
