    If i could rate lower than 1 star i would i randomly get charged everyday and one declined payment until i can pay that I wanted a refund on a purchase i did not authorize and they kept making excuses why they couldn’t and said i would have to wait at least 10 business days to even have them look into giving me one horrible customer service horrible experience don’t use this bank I am switching immediately they just take money from you and act like they can’t give it back lost a lot of money thanks to this horrible bank
    I will be looking into things to report this bank and do my best to stop this scam and give people there money back and shut this place down

  • Fraudulent and scams against card and solution still not solved

    Few months ago my card issued by my working company lend me to use a debit and I was a user of skylight, everything was good until one day my card started getting charged little by little 3 min each between or so and about 450$ down the drain, skylight has never fix my solution and only tried to use their useless and probably not even real investors to really investigate what happened to my account, for them to review it took almost a month for them just to say your card was used and someone benefit and nothing we can do, I will never recommend someone to use this, or if you’re going to work somewhere and your manager offer you this tell them to give you different form of paycheck or this company and debit businesses is doing scandals and scams

  • Disappointed

    I know it’s a pay card, but I have many problems with this bank. On top of not being able to write a check without removing all of my money, I can’t move it between banks at all. I can only take it out. My main problem is when it comes to ordering a new card. I lost my card, so I decided to order a new one. I was unable to do so after many tries so I called customer service. they ordered me a new one and I payed $25 to have it arrive in 1-2 business days. my money was STOLEN. I needed this card because I’m going on vacation and I have literally no way to access my money until it arrives. Instead, it just says it’s going to arrive within 7-10 business days and by that time I won’t be home. I’m very disappointed and there’s not even a place I could find that would let me submit a complaint or get a refund.
