  • Worst App & Customer Support

    I agree with the other negative reviews! This one is the worst when it comes to these type of apps. Out of all the cashback sites/apps I actively use, this one always have the most problems of not registering clicks and purchases. They try to entice you by offering higher cashback than other competitors but it’s always a gamble if you’ll even get the cashback. Then having to make a claim for missing the cashback that takes the longest to resolve or they just decline it stating some bogus reason from the retailer. The customer service is so vague and they don’t even try to help you get your missing cashback. For when the cashback actually register & pending, it takes ridiculously long to even be able to cash out. Swagbucks and Rakuten is so much better to use and with better customer support. Rakuten only lets you cash out quarterly but the customer support when missing cashback is worth it.

  • No cashbck

    It took a long time to get my cashback and when I redeemed to a virtual visa, I was not able to use it. It kept declining. I submitted a ticket in detail about what was happening. M response back was short and it was obvious the person did not read my whole issue. They responded by telling me I couldn’t use the card through papal but had to add the card directly as payment, which if they had read what submitted they would have known I already tried that.
    I replied that the card still declines when I do that and they passed the buck to visa.
    I asked them for the information and that it was unacceptable and no response back as of yet.
    To this day I have not received any cash back from this app.

  • HORRIBLE

    I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this company. Let’s begin with login issues. Each time I try to login, I get met with “Oops, your login failed” so, I reset my password and try again. Guess what?? I get the same message again! So then I reset the password again and try to log back in but get the same issue. There’s no way my password is wrong if I just reset it. So now, I cannot access my account and I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times which has yet to respond. This means that I do not have access to any of the cash back I’ve earned. Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

  • Didn’t honor the percentage of cash back I should receive

    I start using this app last Black Friday. I was excited to get some cash back on my shopping trips. Unfortunately I got some cash back from a few orders but then 7 of my shopping trips were not successful at getting the right amount of cash back I should get according to the app and the retailer. I submitted 7 claims and after 3 month I just got a notification that the retailer declined to award the cash back without any explanation or reason. I ended it up tricked, I just bought on those retailers through this app and didn’t get what I should. Good job TopCashback!!

  • The majority of transactions are untracked

    The vast majority of transactions are untracked by their system. You have to exert a lot of efforts to lodge your claims stating the purchase date, order information, what was the cash back percentage which is doubtable and calculated by their system, …etc and keep following up for several months to close your claims. Unpleasant experience so far!! Out of my 6 purchases in the last 2 weeks, only 2 of them is registered.

  • High cash back rate but you have to wait super long

    The payout is higher compare to other sites; however, for some retailers it takes up to 5 months until you can claim your cash back which is ridiculous. For many stores, the estimated payable is N/A. I’m sure they’re not scammer but I wish I didn't spend that much on this site during Black Friday because I probably have to wait half a year until I can receive all my cash back. I think Rakuten is better since I know for sure I’m gonna get my money 2-3 months after the purchase.

  • But and save money!

    Top cash back is my favorite cash back app. They usually have the highest rates and the website and app are easy to use. Can’t wait to buy more and save more!
  • Missing cashback for every purchase

    Every single time I've made a purchase through TopCashBack, it's never showed up in the app/account even after multiple weeks. I've had to go through and manually submit individual claims for every single purchase, and as of yet only one of those has actually resulted in me getting my rightful cashback. This is far too tedious and unreliable, broken, untrustworthy and a waste of time for the reward. I'd have loved to give this app a higher review for the competition with the only other real 1:1 offering in this market, but as of now Rakuten is simply far more convenient and I've never had problems or had to submit any claims. I go through their app or their browser extension, and the money pops in the account same day or a day later. I wish this app was that simple.

  • Merchant App purchase Not Eligible For Cashback

    They said purchase through app not eligible for cash back, but when u click their link the topcashback app transfer u to the merchant app directly, and then u will not get the cashback. I email them about missing cashback, they didn't tell u the problem is, just let u wait about 2 to 3 months , until I realized by myself what the problem is.

    update:I remove merchant app this time and purchased from their web site directly, and it still couldn’t track, fill a claim with then but never get reply.
    Today I purchased another merchant from them, again no cashback showing in my account. After 7 years, I think I won’t use TopCashback anymore.

  • Can’t login after earning cash backs

    I made a purchase yesterday and it was successfully tracked, showing cash backs “pending”. I tried to sign in this morning to check on the progress but failed. Never changed password and it was remembered by the browser. Anyway, I reset my password, but it still said login failed. Pretty sure I had entered the correct password. Sent an email to both the contact and promotions support team, and didn’t receive any acknowledgment confirming messages nor replies. So basically I can’t login anymore and can’t cash out my earnings now.
