    I love cash back apps but I’ve noticed something that is very disappointing! I always get my rental cars for vacation from Enterprise… this app gives 4% back which is great BUT the rental price is HIGHER versus me using the direct Enterprise App! I asked the workers at Enterprise but they could not explain why.

  • Scam!!!

    Do not ever ever ever purchase anything with this scam company. I was supposed to get money back from this company and did everything right. I purchased through them on April 24th, it’s September 2nd and they’re still giving me the runaround. I deleted this app and will never ever use them again. Plz don’t waste your time. Rakuten is way better. I always and I mean always get my money back with them!!!! Never have I received a penny from this scam company!!!!! Do not waste your time!!!

  • Obsessed

    I love this app! It is super easy to use, and it helps me save so much money. Where else can you earn cash back and then get a bonus to redeem your cash back? I bug my mom to remember to check TopCashback before she makes a purchase. I irritate her, but she saves money!
  • Stick to rakuten, it’s so much faster!!

    I ordered online back in November and the cash back was pending until March, which then it went to confirmed, BUT not payable. I had to contact them myself to have it switch to payable, but they only switched less then $2 of my total to payable, there’s still a $10 sign up bonus sitting as confirmed that they didn’t switch to payable yet.... so it’s been sitting in my account for 5 months... and still nothing, rakuten is so much better...

  • Unable to login

    I created an account and completed authenticating the account. However, I’m unable to login, tried to reset the password from forgot password link but I haven’t received any email to reset. From the authenticate email, when I click it takes me to my account but anything I do after that it asks me to login which never works (entered correct email ID and password. Tried this on multiple devices and issue persists for a couple of accounts I tried creating. Unable to raise a support ticket to because it asks me to login and throws the error ‘login unsuccessful’. Poor user interface and expert so far. Thanks!

  • Stay clear of this app

    Unless u have a year or longer to wait on some of your cash back to reach payable, stay clear of this app. Customer service is horrible and don’t get pulled into the fact they offer higher cashback because most of the time u don’t even get it back anyways because their links don’t work and forget about submitting a ticket because all u will get back is pretty much u have to wait months to maybe receive it. If u complain too much they will just suspend your account. All these positive reviews I don’t understand because I’m telling everyone right now, this is the worst cashback app going. Heed my warning . Oh and that catchy signup bonus they offer lol well it never reaches payable , mines been pending since Nov and here it is Almost March. Don’t even bother shopping thru the Walmart link, none of the cashback shows up thru that link .

  • Top Cash Back - Problems

    I noticed there is a higher % of cash back when using this app, however also noticed that large purchases didn’t get applied on this app. Tried to contact customer service but the app isn’t working correctly. I’m missing way too many purchases that I made thru this app. I haven’t had issues like this w/ other apps. There isn’t any way to contact customer service for the issue that I’m having and I’m sure many others are having too if they’ve left Ike’s for missing transactions!

  • Prefer Rakuten

    I thought this cashback app would be a great alternative to Rakuten. Since I do a lot of online shopping for personal and at work so I’d like to compare cashbacks to see which site has the better offer. I do see that topcashback has a bit higher percentage at times but I may go back to Rakuten since it has exclusions from ink and toner for both Staples and Office Depot.

    I’ve lost our cashback on a couple toner purchases because I didn’t read the fine print. Never had any issues with Rakuten.

    Also, the site is extremely slow and takes a while for it to open the store websites. Also, it seems like it takes much longer to verify purchases. On the fence if I’m going to continue to use topcashback once I receive my payout.

  • Not worth it

    I agree with several other similar reviews. While this app sometimes does offer higher cash back percentage, the extremely long wait for the payout is not worth it. The average time for a the cash back to be approved by the retailer is between 3-4 months. Also, I find that a lot of the purchases through the mobile app are mostly not tracked so you have to stay on top of your purchase history and contact customer service. The customer service is also very limited and not very helpful. Most of the time you’re dealing with automated responses and and it takes about 2 days to receive a response. In summary, you eventually get your payout and sometimes you have a higher cash back percentage with some purchases compared to other apps. In my opinion this program is not worth the wait over 2-3 months to get a payout (more if your purchase wasn’t tracked), the missed tracked purchases through the app, and the poor customer service offered. Other programs like Enates is way more efficient and provides better service.

  • Extremely long wait for payouts

    I have had this app for over a year and a half, I have been waiting for over a YEAR for my $28 to become payable. I messaged the company and everything about it and they said that they ask kindly for me to allow the time to pass that is needed for them to get verification from the merchants in which I purchased from. Over a YEAR and it just became payable. I transferred it to my paypal account and usually that should take seconds. But not this app. I’m sure they will make me wait a while for that as well. I transferred my $28 from this app before I transferred my $7 cash back from pampers rewards... I’ve already received my pampers rewards $7 and it is on its way to my bank now. Still waiting for my $28 from this app. Way too long of a wait for payout. I will not be using this app anymore unless it changes. Also to add to the horror, once I set up my paypal account it said I needed to wait 72 hours to transfer the money. I waited 3 full days and went to try and cash out and it said it hadn’t been 72 hours yet. Now that it’s been 2 months I finally went on and cashed it out. Still haven’t received my funds. I received an email saying it was on its way from this app but again it said it could take up to a few days. A few days in top cash app world is 2 years. Deleting the app as soon as the funds get transferred.
