TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!
This company has been nothing but trouble. I signed up a few weeks ago to get a cashback deal and since then it’s been hassle after hassle. On top of that, all of their terms and conditions are very shady, allowing them to deny you of cashback for certain offers. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother, no matter how attractive it may seem because it will just frustrate you to no end. Now I am currently locked out of my account for the last three days and nobody can tell me why or how to get back in while I have pending cashback. My fiancé signed up for the same deal and he had to put a claim in for the cashback because it was not showing and now he is also locked out. I never write reviews on here, but this has been such a miserable experience, I’m hoping it helps someone else.Show lessJAB@22

There are several cash back sites and usually top cash back has the highest percent of cash back at the retailers I use and it's a easier than a lot of the sites. I highly recommend top cash back!luv-a-sale

Not a scammer!
A notification pop out from my Krazy Coupon Lady that Nike and Adidas will have a spend $25 get $25 so I tried. At first I was so hesitant because when you click the link I directs you to a lot of pages but eventually I tried to managed it and get the offer. When I purchased I thought I can get the cash back immediately but it’s not so I panicked I thought I was scammed. So I read some articles that it will take an average of 14 days to appear on your earning so I patiently waited. Everyday I checked since the day I purchased, luckily it just took 2 days from Nike to give me my cash back and maybe 10 days for adidas. Now, I got $50 cash back and spent just around $15 for the four slides that I bought. Totally amazing.Show lessLDgacusana
Topcashback is a SCAM!!
If I can give no stars I would! Honestly I thought this site was legit but I was wrong and I should’ve read the reviews before doing any purchases! I’ve made an account to do a deal that they offer for Walgreens, spend $15 get $15 back. Then the next day I’ve tried to log back in but it wouldn’t let me, kept on saying login unsuccessful. I made sure I typed in the correct email and password. I even changed my password and still wouldn’t let me in. Customer service is a joke. There’s no phone number to contact and the email is a waste because No one will respond nor will bother helping. My husband even made an account and is also having the same problem not being able to go into his account. So I basically lost $50 down the drain. Please stay away from this place!!Show lessT.T N

This company and this cash back program is a joke. Don’t be fooled by their high percentages back. Most get declined and then when you submit a ticket they work on it for weeks and come to no resolution and don’t even give you cash back. I waited 7 months for cash back and at best they could do was half back because they still couldn’t get an answer from the vendor. The biggest home shopping network, really? When I corrected the amount back bc their system grouped two transactions I put a claim in for they only wanted to offer the half back on the one. Meanwhile their system wouldn’t let me put the claim in separately. Their payout times are also extremely long and make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Stick to the big guns of Ibotta, Rakuten and Dosh. This company is below amateur. Amateurs deserve better titles compared to this joke. First rule of thumb for any company is how you treat your customers. Oh and their app is the clunkiest thing I’ve ever seen too, making you log into the webpage to get any answers or put claims or view your redeemed gift cards. So not worth the money.Show lessDeb Rigo

Consistently higher percentages; however,
if I have an app on my phone for the store that I'm purchasing from, TopCashBack first opens the store app but then switches over to Safari, which then kicks your app off. The only way that I can make it work is if I first delete the store app off my phone and then proceed through you for my purchase. Needless to say, that is a huge inconvenience so I'm finding it easier to use other cashback appsShow lessLeannem313
Horrible Company, Stay Far Away!
I am owed over $100 from this company. I have numerous pictures of how sales track and they blame retailer and refuse to honor the large percentage of cash back that they advertise. I have over 5 instances where they still haven’t honored (with documented proof) yet the claim is still open. Two are over 6 months. This company frequently advertises great cash back offers, yet has horrible systems and doesn’t support their customers. Their customer service is pathetic and just send you generic responses that they are still waiting to hear back from retailer, even after 6 months. Never have this problem with other cash back sites. This app is just horrible. I did a deal with Dell cash back of 13% cash back. 7 days has passed by and I still don’t see my cash back pending. When I try to submit a claim it says that no clicks were found so I can’t even submit a ticket.
I made sure that I clicked the deal correctly that the deal was active before I bought from Dell. Now the app doesn’t even let me login in my account. If I could I wouldn’t even give this app 1 star. This app is beyond horrible!Show lessJake9115
