Cash back disappears!
I have tried this app being they have higher percentages at times. When I look in my account and see my payout at a higher amount a few weeks earlier then at a later date without removing the cash, makes me ponder where is my money going. Good thing I took pictures that show this data!disapruuvve
Don't do it!
This company takes FOREVER (and I do mean forever) to give you your cash back! I have never seen a cash back program take so long to credit. The percentages look great "on paper", however, that really does me no good if I am not able to my money in a timely manner. I waited almost 3 months for my cash credit. After I was able to cash out I stopped using the program entirely and went back to Ebates, the king of cash back programs in my opinion. I also use the Drop, Dosh, & Spent apps F.Y.I. Topcashback is a joke and I'm surprised people still use their service at all.Show lessMommuh
Would love it more if..
Would love this more if money was given faster than Ebates. They do claim you will receive it faster but it’s about the same wait period as the other app. I much rather get a lump some than change here and there. But overall I love getting money back.
Change my score because I had an issue with referral for a second time. So I was asked to rate the service. Proceeded with the comment and the rating with one star, but I was not allow to proceed. Why? Was it because it was one star or what.... annoyed.Show lessg7zaval
In-app browser and search feature are broken
EDIT: the September update has broken the app. The loading bar just flashes but never moves or takes me to the home screen.
FIX YOUR BROKEN APP SETTINGS LINK!
Clicking on “settings” takes me to a FAQ and Terms and Conditions page. I cannot adjust any settings in the app!
Also, bring back the in-app browser. It was there for like 2 updates and then it just disappeared. I had a 100% successful tracking rate with the in-app browser when it was available.Show lessCashDude
Higher percentages but unreliable
When I use this app for the first time my outcomes were pretty positive and so was my experience. I received higher cashback percentages that I did from other/similar apps. However when I continue to use this app, I noticed that the time for payout seem to get longer and longer. Their time to pay out varies depending on who you purchased from. I was told that some payouts could take up to 10 weeks! Who has time for that?! I have had some negative experiences where shopping trips have not been recorded even though I clicked the link for the app. To date I still use other apps such as Ebates with far better results. Ebates pays consistent leave on time and consistently and accurately records clicks when Purchasing through their site. If you are patient this app is for you for higher pay out. But if you are inpatient like me stick with a more reliable app such as Ebates.Show lessDeepSouthReviews
Complete waste of time
I signed up for TopCashBack two months ago. I redeemed one offer and am now on my 3rd attempt to cash out. When I do, after awhile it’s back up there like I never cashed out. It has been a very frustrating process. If I can ever manage to get what was promised, the account will be deleted after that. I’m sticking to Ebates and RetailMeNot. I always get paid with them. Also, customer service is nonexistent. I’ve tried several times to contact them, but have never gotten a reply. If I could give zero stars, I would.Show lessRhiannon778
Don’t waste your time
I was actually kind of excited to try this. I completed an offer over a month ago. I waited nearly a month to be able to cash out. I cash down on November 27 and was told that my payout would be in the next batch. I waited an additional week and still no payout. I open a support ticket and was told they were working on it. After several days I followed up and they canceled my pay out made me start again. Only this time it saying because my details were recently updated I have to wait 72 hours. For the measly amount of money I am getting out of this it was not even remotely worth my time.Show lessspntl
