Don’t waste your time!!
I have used the app several times and it never seems that any of my transactions get logged correctly. Only 1 out of 4 shops got captured and I received the cash back.
I tried submitting a claim but I had to jump through so many hoops it wasn’t worth the $3 bucks or so on the $80 purchase at Office Depot.
I’m deleting the app and sticking to a Rakuten. They have a much better record all the way around.Show lessBeanbeauti
Wish I read these reviews before using
Previously only used Ebates/Rakuten without any issues but saw that this was offering higher percentage cashback. So I made some purchases thinking I was getting a deal with this cashback. Boy was I wrong. You'll likely never get your money back from this site/app. I had to manually enter my purchase info because half the time it wouldn't track. And months later, I see one pending cashback but I can't even see what transaction that was from. Don't be deceived by the higher cashback offers! If you can't get your money back or in a timely manner, it's as good as gone. I'm going back to Rakuten and not looking back. I learned my lesson.Show lesspg428
Pending Money is Pending Forever!
I have money pending from May and June. It’s August and I have not received what I have earned. I should have received it already. It’s ridiculous to take so long to get the money into my account. I will never use this app again and I will delete this app after this review. Please do yourself a favor and never use this app. It’s a scam and they will take their sweet time to give you the money you have earned. I definitely would not recommend using this app at all! Do not use (unless you like losing money)
Horrible experience. Never have felt the need to drop a review on an app but this company deserves one. I attempted to use it when there were a couple great cashback offers being touted on their site. I followed everything I needed to do and then it came time to verifying my PayPal account which was approved. Then somehow my email was screwed up and they sent the funds to that but with my name (I even have an email confirmation of them sending it to the wrong address to my email.....🤷♀️). The company offered no help other than better luck next time and they can’t do anything about it. I find that a pretty ridiculous answer to a concerned customer. It’s not like I can access the funds to an address that isn’t even mine. They did nothing to help correct this. Dirt customer service and a dirt app if you ask me.Show lesstflars

Not processing payouts - bankruptcy issues?
Historically I’ve always had payouts processed same day of recent with my last two payout requests they never processed them hoping I would forgot I’ve had to physically chase them to get the payout paid to my paypal.
When I ask them questions about topcashback’s solvency it raises concerns as they always claim it’s not an issue if it’s not an issue why are they struggling to issue payments post COVID19. Be warned think twice before creating to them as there are definitely errors or worse liquidity issues with this company vs others.Show lessUseless1631
Cashback inaccuracy
When I joined this app it was good but later they said 20% on Macy’s purchase and buy the time they actually giving after tracking it after 3-6 months they give you 4 or what ever % that time and then it’s still pending after 6 months and eventually they minus amount for no reason very bad I’m not happy with this app it’s better to go with Ebates it’s fast easy and accurate this web is west of time and moneyShow lesssabiha p
It’s a scam app
It won’t track iTunes purchases. To try to file a claim is ridiculous cause they ask for information that doesn’t pertain to the purchase that didn’t track.
I closed my account. If you don’t know how to do that you go to my profile and scroll all the way down till you see unsubscribe from account. Click on that and you’ll be able to close your account on the next screen.Show lessTrueReview12
Not the most user friendly
This app has pretty good deals, but it’s not the most user friendly. For instance, when I opened up a website through this app, it was no longer linked to this app when I had to make changes to my address, update card information. It’s too much of a hassle to try and figure out how to retroactively apply it. I’d rather allow you to scan receipts or even have access to my email to scan receipts like receipt hog.Show lessfkdiebf
Don’t Waste Your Time
This app is a complete waste of time. I used the app properly several times and each time I had to file a claim for the cash back. They advertise higher percentages. But what is 1 or 2% worth when you have to take the time to file a claim and then wait weeks for it to be resolved. And several times they outright denied payment for no reason. Use Ebates! You see your payout right away. Yes you do have to wait for a quarterly payment but at least you can see the purchase record and know your payment is in the works.
