App crashed with latest version
They ruined my plans and stole my money
So basically they told us our flight was changed, failed to contact the airline for the entire day and our seats were subsequently booked by someone else due to their pure incompetence. And on top of it they refused to refund our money.
If you use this company you can expect for them to make errors that alter your plans and their customer service to determine you alone will bear the consequences of their mistakes.

Called them so many times, then I have to wait for at least 15 minutes but I cannot even talk to the teller.
Traveloka needs to improve their app and customer service.
Itโs impossible to reschedule, or even get a refund

1. Hotel di USA, sy pilih 9 person dan 5 kamar dan included breakfast. Di voucher tertulis ya tp pas check in ternyata hanya u/ 1 org perkamar. Akhirnya kami harus membayar $18/orang.
2. Terjadi lg hari ini. Saya pilih 1 orang 1 kamar. Dgn asumsi 2 orng dpt breakfast.
Ternyata tanpa ada detail yg jelas, voucher breakfast hanya untuk 1 orang. Dan harus bayar 270rb.
Tolong kedepannya diperbaiki. Tulis detail di pemesanan sebelum pembayaran,, Jangan merugikan orang seperti ini , endingnya belakangan ketika sudah mau check in!!!!
