App crashed with latest version
Please fix the app. The latest version crashes every time when opening the app on iphone 13 pro maxNaturemey
They ruined my plans and stole my money
We called to change a flight that we had booked with them due to unforeseen circumstances. They said everything was okay and it was changed, no problems. Only for them to call back 8 hours later and say that all the seats were booked now.
So basically they told us our flight was changed, failed to contact the airline for the entire day and our seats were subsequently booked by someone else due to their pure incompetence. And on top of it they refused to refund our money.
If you use this company you can expect for them to make errors that alter your plans and their customer service to determine you alone will bear the consequences of their mistakes.

I wish I never use this app, traveloka is very problematic for their financial system. I have charged for such amount, the customer service is not helpfull as any other app like tr*p or tik*t .com, I never found any solution from this app ‘cause all they do just do the talkErna Tya

Every time I try to open the app, it closes itself, I know you suggest to uninstall and install the app again, but it’s better to fix it right away so I don’t have to reinstall the application!Create Nicknameqwerty
Cannot reschedule on the app
It takes million years for the app to load the reschedule screen. After log in and out the app so many times. I still cannot reschedule the flight.
Called them so many times, then I have to wait for at least 15 minutes but I cannot even talk to the teller.
Traveloka needs to improve their app and customer service.

Kecewa
Sy selalu pesan melalui traveloka.. namun akhir2 ini sy kecewa.
1. Hotel di USA, sy pilih 9 person dan 5 kamar dan included breakfast. Di voucher tertulis ya tp pas check in ternyata hanya u/ 1 org perkamar. Akhirnya kami harus membayar $18/orang.
2. Terjadi lg hari ini. Saya pilih 1 orang 1 kamar. Dgn asumsi 2 orng dpt breakfast.
Ternyata tanpa ada detail yg jelas, voucher breakfast hanya untuk 1 orang. Dan harus bayar 270rb.
Tolong kedepannya diperbaiki. Tulis detail di pemesanan sebelum pembayaran,, Jangan merugikan orang seperti ini , endingnya belakangan ketika sudah mau check in!!!!Show lessskylylyana

Worst customer service
Take more than 1 week to add 1 more letter to my name, while the airlines representative confirm that they only need 1 minute to change it. Dont ever book tickets through this app, just for referringNnnnnsnnw
