  • 100% refund guarantee additional fee? What guarantee??

    I have been a happy user for this app for years as I travel a lot even during pandemic. It was amazing, until I tried to buy their 100% refund guarantee (around 215,000 rupiah) for my ticket. When I cancelled the trip and tried to get the refund, it was refunded only 50% from ticket price as THEY SAID IT IS AIRLINE POLICY. I complained and they insisted with the same reason. If it’s airline policy, what is the use of the 100% refund guarantee I have paid in advance??

  • Order only if you’re not too hungry

    Waited for 1h30 for any sign from the driver/resto. Called, order had been cancelled by driver because too far (7km). No notification on the App, status still “Preparing your food.” No time to eat anymore, new way of doing diet. Back to gojek until this App meets quality standards.
  • Inexperience, inconsistent customer services.

    For you guys who's planning to use Traveloka. Just be careful or you'll be annoyed by their inexperience customer services. I booked two tickets which were cancelled due to COVID. I called them for a travel credit and said they could only turn them into open ticket due to the airline's policy. I then called Virgin Australia, two times, and they said that they could change it to travel credit, they just need authorization from Traveloka. Been calling Traveloka for 3 times and they said they will proceed to it then received emails saying different things. Note that on Traveloka's website, it's said that Virgin provides open ticket and travel credit; it's also stated that they are different. The email I received from the guy named Hendris Steven said they're the same and he asked the name and position of the person I talked to from Virgin. Would I know the position of the customer service? No. All I know is that they are being inconsistent towards their own website.

  • Used to be my favorite travel agent

    Loved Traveloka way back when. I used it all the time for my travel needs. But now their support is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot. Really sad. Worse, when there’s actually a person responding, the respond was just to contact the hotel myself. What’s the point of Traveloka then? Might as well book with the hotel directly.

    Great app but I wish it’s not only have required for credit card, instead to accept the payment with debit card as well. As so, make customers will conveniently purchase with any cards they have.

  • Bring back old version

    Pls bring back the old version where you can see the prices of flights on different days at the top.. it makes it easier to decide when to book. I dont understand why you would remove such a useful feature BRING IT BACK!!!!!

  • CS is very bad

    CS is very bad. I used Traveloka alot before for travel and understand the current hard situation, accept low services due to the peak of Covid 19. CS behaviour is annoying - she scouts to me!
