User friendliest apps
The apps is great, very user friendly. The filter options are amazing especially when booking for group travelling, some of my friends want to leave after work, so I can just choose depart time that suits them. I have booked multiple times both for flights and hotels. So far very satisfied!Sarah takhi

Most frustrating and time-wasting travel booking app EVER
This app looks great on the surface. You go through finding flight option for Indonesia really quickly. Super easy to use and then the fun begins. Does not accept credit card payments. I tried 3 different cards and another three friends try 5 different cards. I tried calling many times for customer support and they always say they are busy and to hold. I held for over half and hour and had to hang up. Considering at least 20 attempts to book without any success from several different locations and devices. All in all about 4 hours of our time lost. Wouldn't have bothered if I hadn't had a successful booking with my own flight. And as a result my friends planning to travel with me lost their opportunity for same flights as me because of taking more than 2 days trying to resolve. One thing this company surely doesn't understand is the customer service and support needs of travellers.Show lessfesiii
