  • Terrible refund handling

    I have faced this issue 2x. Terrible experience in handling refund. Their robo-generated replies and slow-responding customer service are not helping much. There are >100 known cases like mine as someone gathered the evidences in social media — still no solution or assurance that we will get our money back. I will not use Traveloka again.

  • Really Bad Experience on Traveloka, Be careful

    For you guys be careful if you order or book a hotel on this app . This happen on me . We have book a hotel on morning day . But eventually we need to re schadule the order because the app doesn’t give us full information on the booking . And then the hotel staff asked me to call traveloka for re schadule. Then the staff will only say to you “ wait for 30 minutes “ in fact we wait for more than 1 hour . In front of the hotel . In 3 am in the morning . And when i told them that we have more than 30 min . They just keep ask us to wait for more time that we dont even know how long . For you guys , just be aware , because we travel and we expect for a good app to book a hotel that make us a priority, but i dont think its a right app . They seem dont even care about the customer. When i ask to refund , they dont want . When i ask to re schaduel they ask to wait for a long time without thinking for their customer .

  • Great traveling app!

    Very user friendly and they have almost everything related to travel. I remember how complicated it was to get information and purchase train/bus ticket, but now it can easily be done in my phone

    Sao khi hoàn thành thủ các bước thì thấy tiền cần trả là a thì khi tiến hành thanh toán pop up lên vì giá thế này thế nọ cái lọ cái chai xong tăng trung bình 200k-300k vé. Xong lên web hãng check thì rẻ hơn nhìu. Chắc nghỉ chơi với traveloka 🤧

  • Total Waste of Time

    I spent hours trying to book a vacation only to get stuck due to credit card verification that they can’t resolve. Asked me to keep attempting but the same issue keeps recurring. Wasted my valuable vacation time. Do not use it!!!!!
  • AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! BEWARE

    First of all, I tried to purchase multiple flights in Indonesia and they will not accept non-Indonesian credit card without verification. Which is understandable but they can’t even assist a customer into processing this matter. Inconsistent emails thread that just turned into huge labyrinth without any solid resolution. They sent 3 different people emails requesting your credit card info and bla bla bla. Shady af! Use other sites. Or even better, go on orbitz or other sites.

    Why list this app on UK store but only offer it in another country location and their version of English.

    Thank you for getting in touch. Our app at the moment can only be customized to 6 countries, but you can use it to book any hotel and flight routes in the world. We also accept payment in USD. Your feedback will be instrumental to our product development as we develop more features that can cater to a wider audience.
