US Bank broke their app !
Simply does not work !!!
Lousy user experience
Can’t get in, password reset, download latest version, new password still doesn’t work(no error though). Give me a break.
Stone-age technology
Pretty frustrating to us this app. It doesn’t recognize userid password and won’t login. Same thing works on website (which still is inefficient to use). When the app works, the it would keep asking for password every time logging in, even though faceid is enabled. It’s irritating to see how in this seamless world, this app works as if in stone-age.

Broken by 07/22 Update
Since the update, entering the credentials for an account and clicking the login button just clears the password field and then does nothing without granting access to the account info. Previously a perfectly acceptable 3-4/5 app for a corporate account
New update, unable to log in
Does nothing when trying to log in. Cant get past log in screen. App was trash before, now worse as unusable

This app is no good. Tells me that ok locked out of my account. Then, when I call customer service, they tell me that I’m not locked out and should be working fine. Transfer me tech support but no help?? However, I have no problems going to their website. Just a bad app.

Worst banking app
This dumb app and bank make account online access seem harder than illegally crossing the US border or shoplifting in the West Coast. Customer service reps are very slow and unhelpful.
Stop asking me to review your app
Every screen change you ask me to review the app. Even after clicking not now. Also your app isn’t great.
