Unclear Titling causes non-corporate customers to download wrong app - very poor naming of apps
The authors of this app do not tell you in the title that this version is for corporate customers/users. It cannot be used by regular bank customers for a regular US Bank account. Customers must download the other poorly titled US Bank app. It would be helpful if the US Bank management cared enough good customer service and carefully titled their apps so customers don't have to drill down into all their apps in the store to find the right app that meets their needs by creating useful, explanatory titles for the apps that tell the customers the target audience of the app. Examples of better app titles are:
US Bank online for regular customer accounts
US Bank online for business accounts

OK, but the fonts...#FIXED
Yes it is my corporate choice and it works well for me to preview the charges before they get dumped into my expense app. However the UI can use some improvements. I use an iPhone 6 and the font for the cents displayed in the list of transactions is so tiny; they are unreadable even with reading glasses! What does it take to up the size a bit as they have no settings for this? I can get nowhere with the bank’s customer service...

Doesn't Work ZERO STARS IS BETTER
Waste of Time. Has weird unexplained login procedures.
Ridiculous App!
This app worked ok till today when it quit letting me access my transactions. Useless US Bank “help” cannot figure out why I can log in with my PC but not with the App. All my software is up to date, nothing changed with my credit card details and no one has any solutions. Don’t waste your time!
Pathetic TouchID performance
The TouchID functionality is a joke in this app. It doesn’t work most of the time. The person in charge of the app development should get another job. I have used the USAA mobile app with TouchID for 2.5+ years and it hasn’t failed a SINGLE TIME. This pathetic excuse of TouchID functionality in the US Bank app needs to be disabled immediately to stop misleading it’s customers.

This is funny though, even the review feature won’t work. Online banking via website won’t work either. Good news! Bank by phone works, took no time, meanwhile the app is still trying to load. Changing banks today.

I don't know why these idiots bother updating this app since they never fix the problems, this app is a joke, I just hope us bank hires better bankers than they do app developers.
Can't even finish setting up
I was told by the people at US Bank it was a little difficult to use and they were working out the kinks but I can't even get the thing set up it keeps taking me to the regular webpage to sign and it will not let me sign in that's pretty bad when you can't download an app and sign in so can't tell you if it works the only other thing I have noticed is I don't know why all these things are in portrait mode why can't we have the option of doing them in landscape mode

Seriously. This is bad.
Set up my online account via a web browser. Logged in fine. Downloaded this app and tried to log in using online information. It's asking for an organization name. Don't have one and was never asked about it during online account creation. Deleted this app since cant use same info as online account. Their other app is just as bad. This is way below being useful and they need to fix their app login process.

Works great!
This app makes reviewing my corporate credit card details and making payments that much easier. If you have personal accounts with US Bank this is the wrong app for you. This is strictly for corporate credit card accounts with which an organization name is provided by your company in cooperation with US Bank.
