Generally excellent - with a glitch
Most of the time this is a superb app. The only irritation is twice in the week we were away it repeated the same glitch - where you could no longer scroll on the home screen, limiting what you could view. The only fix is to delete and reinstall… but be warned; simply deleting the app from the iPhone Home Screen doesn’t work, you have to go into the settings to properly offload it before you can reinstall.

From place to place by pressing a button on the app and the transport knows we are waiting. Would like to be able to make and reservations easier, ability to reserve activities such as water sports and scuba diving having access to all paperwork ao that when u get there all u have to do is sign. App should be a little easier to navigate although nice right now it glitches a lot. Would like more independence from the main lobby. Although some activities are in the calendar. Not all show up. Daily Activities should all be there including food experiences announcements notifications for where things are being prepared) during the day.. for e example (paella luncheon by the pool…, )

Resort map missing
The only thing missing is an actual map of the complex— u can’t get any from the front desk and they refer u to the app— it only has a Google maps style map so not super helpful to find your way around the resort.

Playa Mita Iberostar in Puerto Vallarta
We feel so blessed to get to experience this beautiful resort. We are Iberostar Double Black Prestige members and have received off the chart service!
We were received by concierge Emmanuel, he made sure everything was perfect from fresh flowers in our room to Chandon Champagne everyday to Bailey’s Irish cream in our room for our 53rd weddings anniversary! He scheduled spa and jacuzzi for us!
Then there was Candy who gave us the in and outs to the resort! She was so sweet an accommodating. Then Jennifer gave us a golf cart tour of the resort to acclimate us for locations of all amenities, so kind and informative!
Then you move to the next day and start meeting the staff, such great fun!
Edison bar tender at VIP beach, my goodness out if 10 points give him 100. He checks on you and make sure if you need something, drinks were top notch!
Hugo not enough words. He is undoubtedly the best concierge we have ever met and we our dedicated Iberostar visitors!
The grounds here are beautiful the crew works so very hard to make it perfect!
Our maid service was perfect whatever we needed was provided and addressed, so perfect!
Restaurant were very good loved the Steak house and Hibachi the best!

We having a great stay the staff and hotel is lovely but breakfast lets it down The bacon is so thin and tasteless, the hot plates where the food is are always empty, staff don't seem to keep an eye and notice when there is nothing left would like more choice for breakfast Better sausages, fried bread, black pudding there's never any mushrooms pots always empty So much effort goes into dinner and lunch and not at breakfast, we finding it very disappointing.
