Great work!!!!!

I just want everyone to know that I had surgery on my gallbladder and I was upstairs on the fifth floor and all the nurses and doctors and even from the people that were answering the phones when I wanted to make a phone call they all did an outstanding job. I know it’s no reason to go stay at the hospital you know unless you’re sick but I just want to say I really enjoyed being up there. They all did a fantastic job and taking care of me. I read him 1000 stars if I can or so I just want to say thank you again for my stay and have a good day bye

I used to love this app

This app will is so frustrating!! It used to work well for doing most things that I needed, though some thing’s were a little bit confusing to get to. Now that my 17 year old daughter was forcibly given her own login and I was no longer able to access her account while she had no idea what to do, especially how to allow her parents access. But the WORST thing I feel, is that when ever I log in to do my pre check in, or anything really for me, it switches to my daughter’s account. That would be the beyond frustrating part of this app right now. If it were fixed up, I’m sure I’d like it pretty well again.

I love the LiveWell portal.

I love that I can make appointments and talk to the medical staff. They really get back to you. I also love that I can see my test results and my labs right in the portal. I can see upcoming appointments. When i had surgery, the portal prepared me for everything and it lined up to what the doctors and nurses did. I can go back and review the notes anytime I want in any of my medical care. They also have recipes on the portal. If you need a medical issue explained, it’s right in the portal. Everything at your fingertip so you never have to wait on hold calling . Saves time! I love it !

Good, but room for improvement

I really like the concept of the LiveWell app. It provides patients a platform for easier management of their healthcare as well as a conduit for communication.

I do find, however, that the number of steps and “layers” required to send a message to my doctor is too much to be practical. Should be more streamlined and more intuitive for the patient. One or two clicks should be all that is required to get to the messaging page for a given provider.

Just getting in…

Today I spent the better part of an hour and a half just trying to reestablish my live well account. One of the most cantankerous log-in processes I have encountered. Worst part, having enterered my password a dozen or more times and repeatedly getting “ they don’t match”, finally shortened it down by four characters and then was accepted! What ever happened to the little eye you could click on to see where you were mistyping? After that it still took me five phone cAlls to achieve my goal!

LIVEWELL

I love this app, it gives you details on all your visits, some I understand and some I don’t. Oh well, that’s life, but it is an outstanding App like I said (I LOVE THIS APP).
Plus it eliminate a lot of paper, that’s a good thing RIGHT? just have to change my password all the time. improvements! I can’t see any, the only thing that I can see is getting incontact with your doctor, but that’s up to the doctor.
PLEASE don’t take it down,We need something like this as a patient.
THANK YOU LEONARD HARRIS.

Customer Service Disappointment

As a first time customer of the Aurora Advocate Mail Order Pharmacy, I am very disappointed in the quality of your customer service department and of your company in general. Your on-hold call wait time is way too long (hire more staff) your current staff doesn’t seem to know how to do their job, and there is no mention of where or how to check on the status of my prescription order, when and if it will be filled and shipped out to my home and how to check or track my shipping progress. I hope things get much much better soon or I’ll have to cancel my company sponsored insurance and go buy my own insurance policy where I don’t have to deal with your mail in pharmacy organization.

Great App but missing an important feature

The app is great, and presents information in a very useable fashion, and makes it easy to track appointments, medical history, and test results.

A GLARING omission — the companion watch app. The app offers to link to the watch, but requires the watch app the be installed. The watch app does not exist (it does exist for other MyChart Apps (including EEHealth). I contacted Advocate and they declined to respond beyond saying 'install the app'. I'd do that, if it was in the App Store. It is not.

Either remove the offer to link or, better, add the watch app (which is provided by Epic). In other words, the amount of work necessary to offer the app is as simple as asking Epic to provide it. -2 stars for anti-consumer behavior on the part of Advocate Aurora.

Horrible to open

Horrible to open. Miss information constantly on the LiveWell. No way of writing that they had mistaken information constantly crashing hard to get a video visit. You’re better off going to an online doctor to get the medication that you truly need. I have I have basically a lie about why I went to the emergency room my doctor sent me there for a pacific reason. The whole report has no consistency to it. My daughter-in-law was with me. At one time they called her a family two sentences down. She was my daughter. That’s the easiest one to go into without using the medical part of it I don’t think this evaluation won’t do anything. We will do nothing about it throw it out. You will do nothing about it and there is no way for me to correct I have to go to the emergency room again It would probably have to go to my son who is an attorney. Because of the miss information that was put on. My report you cannot properly diagnose or treat. Going forward or maybe that would be why one out of five women die from silent heart attacks for this reason

STILL not ready for prime time

It is now apparent that this app has been delevoped in a dark barn outside Madison Wisconsin which lacks contact with the real world. Often apps designed for casual users undergo testing, focus group and random beta trials before release to the public. Less often are such apps released in their initial form then later “cured” based on their failure to improve the user experience. Granted, this does follow the professions’ business model of treating the patient after the ailment has emerged, but shutting the barn door after the cows have escaped is not unheard of in the dairy state. Metaphorically speaking, the dairy-aire has again been released from the cave prematurely.
