Best thing ever.
I woke up in middle of night with an earache, I get at least 2 a year, it was bad pain, my face was starting to swell.
Now my doctor is not going to be open for at least 5 hrs, I’m not going to the emergency room because of cost, the hours wasted to be seen by someone...besides, I’m in a room with a lot of sick people...chances are I’m going to catch something...I usually also do.... but then I remembered about this program my husband’s company got for its employees. Hallelujah, the best thing ever. ...I answered some question on the internet through the app you download. ...within 5 min the doctor called...told him what was going on, he ask me a few more questions. He called in some antibiotics and some ear drops.
This is what will blow your mind, with 30 mins from the time he called me back I had the meds in my hands , went to a 24 hr pharmacy with drive Thur window. My doctor wouldn’t have been open for at least 4 hrs. ....by that time the antibiotics were already working and I was feeling better.
I’m telling you it’s that easy, that wonderful and that fast. A+++++

Horrible design for families
The app is ridiculous for families. It required me to set up a separate account to register each of my 4 minor children (but can’t use my email address for them. My 3 year old doesn’t have an email address.....) Then once I’m in their account, I can’t do anything because they’re a minor, so I have to go back to my account to set up their health history. Each account requires me to put in all of the information AGAIN, meaning I had to put our insurance in 5 separate times. Ridiculous waste of my time. Let families use one account! Especially if you’re going to make me go back to my account to put in their history before we can talk to a doctor. Only reason I’ll use it is because it’s free with our insurance.

Must have for parents
You wouldn’t believe how often I use this with myself and for my kids. My favorite use is when my kids’ daycare requires a doctors note. This saves me time and money when I would otherwise not go to the doctor. The doctors we have spoken with are very helpful. They have been particularly good when I don’t know if I should see a doctor. While they can not diagnose an ear infection in a baby, they will call in antibiotics if your older kiddos complain of ear pain. They have diagnosed allergic reactions and skin irritations. I love knowing I can call a professional at my convenience without waiting for my primary care physician to open or have availability. A godsend for a working mom.

Amazing cost savings with almost no wait time!
After using Healthiest you for over a year now has eliminated the need to go to emergency rooms, specialists, and GP’s and pay out of pocket for minor illnesses and conditions. With the amount I have saved I can only imagine what it saves my employer by offering it as part of our healthcare plan.
Response time is always fast, usually within minutes of submitting a request. The professionals are just that, professional I can’t think of a negative to this awesome service.

Savior in desperate times
So i currently can not afford insurance and going to the hospital is simply not an option with how expensive it can be ,
Luckily in the past when I’ve suffered from a sever sinus infection it was super easy to set up a consultation and get the medication i need. Within a week i was feeling better after three weeks of being miserable. I’ve used a few times now, and I’m currently planning on talking with someone about a sever allergic reaction i have been suffering due to my job. Medications are also put into a discount card, so antibiotics and steroids were about twenty bucks collectively on my end. Overall a lifesaver!

Don't be misled
Initially I had the same troubles as everyone who wrote the bad reviews so I had deleted the app and gave up on the entire use of the HY app. My fellow coworkers had voiced positive review and results to the use of this app. I had told myself it just wasn't for me. Until the day I got the flu and was dying! Another coworker told me she had used the app and it had worked for her. She told me to reload the app and try it again. So I did, out of desperation. And this time, it worked! It worked very well! So I encourage everyone to delete the app and reload it and reset it. It works! My lifesaver! And the doctor guaranteed me a note to excuse me from work for 48 hours. Like I say--try it again! It works!!

Way better than spending half day in dr office
Don’t let the bad reviews from unhappy people scare you away from this app! This is offered through my wife’s work, we are both sick and going on vacation in a week. We were both planning on seeing our dr on Monday to get looked at when my wife remembered they had this app now.
It took less than 5 minutes to download and set up and less than 2 minutes for a dr to respond on Sunday night at 9:45!
