APP DOESN’T WORK - CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESN’T RESPOND
I was so excited about this product. When I first bought it and downloaded the app it worked (about 3-4 weeks ago). Now? I can’t login to the app making this printer useless. This phone, another phone (that was previously able to connect) and nothing. I can’t login with an email nor through Facebook. Even making a new account doesn’t work. I reached out to customer service. They responded to my problem within hours requesting more info, which I sent. I followed up after week of silence with them asking for it again. Sent again. It’s been over a week and nothing. About to return the printer to find something that actually works.Show lessaquarius1111

This app is very poor
I received the printer as a gift and it took a long time to charge as well as when I tried to print something the second time it prints the photo I first printed again!! You have gotten many reviews on that and you need to fix it! I believe this is a full waste of money and the developers are terrible so fix this app and maybe you can make some money . Used to work now it sucks!!
This app used to work, never well but at least worked... my photos just stopped working, checked my account its all lost! Not the first time it has happen! Poor customer service, they act oblivious to serious problems rather than Willing to listen to the problem. Now i cant even login... non of their features in the app works. Got logging in it just keeps saying something went wrong. Facebook login does not work either. Very sloppy, i wanted nothing but success from this company since their kickstarter days. Now they are just lazy. I cant wait for something better to come by. It may be time for this company to die...Show lessXmapplrvw

So. Very. Frustrating.
My sweet husband got this for me for Christmas and I have fought with it unsuccessfully for 5 months to be able to take and then print a picture. The quality is
fine. What you would expect from an instant camera. My frustration is that the app NEVER works. Either the photos stay in the queue forever or they print the same photo over and over. Now it keeps telling me I have to update firmware. Over and over. I have restarted, uninstalled, everything I can think of. Nope. Good printer bad app
The printer is great and I love the mini pictures. But the app takes forever to download and forever to load my pictures and add them to the queue. I’ve seen other reviews that say it prints the same picture out many times, but this is because you need to delete it from the queue after you’ve printed it! Would totally recommend if you fixed the slow loading and if tou just stopped the social media element to the app because it’s useless and no-one uses it or cares.Show lessPool party 🎉
Full of bugs and frustrations
Software has many photo editing features but so many bugs in iOS it’s ridiculous. Should be tested before releasing to the public. Frustrating experience with basic bugs in software.Drawing pumpkin
Great idea, terrible execution
I got this as a Christmas present this year and was really excited at first. However, I’m not crazy about the fact that you have to make an account to print you photos. I’ve had so many issues with the app so far. If I put more than one picture in the queue, it will only print the first one repeatedly, even if I’ve only selected it to print one copy. I often have to resort to taking the rest of the film out of the printer. Not only that, but to delete a picture from my queue, I have to restart the app completely which is often a huge waste of time. It also hasn’t been letting me print hyperphotos at all. I’ll go through the whole process, but then get a notification saying that it can’t process the image, and to try again in a few minutes. As for the quality of the photos, I personally like the somewhat grainy effect it has for the most part, but for other pictures that are supposed to look very vibrant, the dullness is just inconvenient and annoying. Overall, I enjoy having a way of printing out my favorite pictures, but I wish the development team would do a better job on locating and fixing the bugs.Show lessShortPotato_22
We’re busy right now?!!
Ive had my printer for quite a while now and loved it. Lately every time I start printing a message will come up saying we are busy try again later. If my wifi is good and i have my pictures then it should have nothing to do with them. Just like with my wireless printer, if the connection good between my computer and the printer, should be no reason it should have anything to do with them. Not sure what’s changed but getting really tired of this all of a sudden.Show lessTdinal.
