Bug in chat function

Started a conversation regarding a booking and all was very impressive until the chat totally disappeared and all of my questions were lost. Great concept, but FS needs to make sure they bug-test this a bit better.

Too basic

Devoid of features, can’t save account info, pretty antiquated by other hotel apps - no Face ID, can’t reserve transportation or other customisation - it’s like a glorified web page in an app

Confused app

The app seems intent on marketing Four Seasons hotels which is odd. Too many mood photos. No thanks. We have the app so we are already interested. What we want is a smooth booking experience which we do not get. Booking is OK in the first instance but no changes can be made. If plans change you have to telephone, and the people on the phone seem unaware that the app exists. I travel a lot. I use Four Seasons a lot. My plans change a lot. So I use Expedia and not this app.

Invalid credentials error message

After upgrading the app was unusable until I signed out and back in again. Before doing that every thing I tried to do gave me an "invalid credentials" error.

Interesting app but backend support isn't there

I used the app while staying in Vancouver this past week. Nice interface to some aspects of the hotel and area, but when it came time to use it to book services it didn't work very well causing disappointment. Tried booking massages for the family and all it did was send the request to the concierge to figure out. Tried ordering 2 separate meals for room service and it screwed up the order. To the hotels credit they apologized profusely and comp'd one of the meals. Great idea for an app but needs a lot more support in the backend to be useful. Let me know when you want to test it.

Happy with it

It is fast and works well. Nice graphics. I did like the way to select stay dates on the old version. This version's date selection method works fine. Well done, Four Seasons.

Not useful

After checking in and downloading the application (after being told about it at the front desk), all I can seem to do is make another reservation. If I want to use the application, since I didn't install it prior to arrival I have to contact the front desk and hope someone there can help? I'm not doing that. Maybe everyone doesn't need an app?!
