Needs an update
I can provide feedback and its been a long time that this app has had an update. Every link it just feels outdated. The Needs Help section when u click on the contact us it does not help at all.
You literally get free ice cream just for signing up

If you got to the store at the mall the ice cream bars are way more than a 7-11. Bad reward system. Do better people want more than a mini free scoop. Not even toppings. It all gets thrown out at the end of the day so sad.

I LOVE The Rewards Program but I’m having trouble remembering the email address that I used to sign up with. I still have my phone number attached to my account, but I can’t remember my email address.
Poorly done app terrible management
Whoever was in charge or creating the app needs to be fired. Really bruh? I can only choose out the the 6 stores that the app works with? I’m sorry but I’m not driving 13 miles to get ice cream let alone thousands of miles yet the store near me isn’t on the app
It’s pretty bad. Not the worst, but pretty bad.
First, I sign up with an email I always use. I don’t have any other. I login on the app just fine. I try to go to their website to login on there as well, but it says that my email isn’t registered?? I think “maybe there’s a step I missed” so I go back to the app, but it took me a while to actually find an FAQ. I open it, and it barely helps as there are no links that can direct me to the proper solution.
Anyway, that’s it. Please fix this.

Pointless App.
This app is pointless. You go to store to show your reward and when they scan it totally doesn’t work on their end even when they scan it. They have to get manager approval to manually enter it. How embarrassing is that? Even for Mother’s Day or even Father’s Day, the reward is not loaded as email shows BOGO. It’s not synced with the app. You go there in person they have no clue as app is not functional. I usually decide to pick a better ice cream shop instead than at some mall w kids employed.

Good
The app works perfectly fine for me and I have yet to run into any glitches. I have been able to earn points and just redeemed for a free mini icecream cup!
Do not use the app
I went to the store located in Destin, everything was really good, I downloaded the app because the ad stated I would get a free cone or cup, when I asked to the waitress, she said they are not allow to use the app pr their offer. I do recommend the place but this app is a fraud.
Constantly crashes
Can use any of the rewards because as soon as you select a reward the app immediately crashes. Today was buy one get on and of course I couldn’t use it because my app crashed repeatedly. What a scam.
