Super glitchy
Have tried to use this several times now and it has problems on both ends. Either app can’t verify basket for order or the order doesn’t make it to the store. Completely useless. Not even worth the rewards at this point.
App keeps crashing
I have been trying to get in to the app it keeps crashing. I have deleted and re downloaded the app but that didn’t work.
CRASHES EVERY TIME OPENED
Every time I try to open the app it just crashes on me again and again I’m completely unable to use it. I can’t even sign in as it crashes when I first tried signing in. These glitches/bugs need to be fixed immediately especially since stores are no longer taking phone numbers to add points to accounts.

Why is it every time I open app it vanishes & return to Home Screen. Please fix the problem so I can add my points
App issue
App doesn’t work it crash every time you open so basically you can’t use your app for sweet reward. And you don’t get point of you don’t use app
No Hagen Dazz stores in Tucson
Spend loads of money at grocery stores on ice cream, esp, strawberry! Most stores are always sold out. Only have the new fancy 3 blend types. Would love to buy quarts of strawberry!!! Have asked manager’s of stores but no luck.
Embarrassing App
I’ve never been so disappointed in an app. It crashes every time. I downloaded it to order after a nice person gave me a 50% off card. This is seriously turning my off the the Häagen-Dazs brand that an app so potent created is considered acceptable enough to put out for the public to use.
Does not work
So many glitches can not even enter the app use my rewards noting I remove the app and reinstall but noting helps .
Too many glitches and no benefits
There are so many glitches. I haven’t been able to add points or redeemed anything because my app will not work for me. Every time I try and open it, it vanishes and returns to my Home Screen. It’s disappointing especially since I am treating a family of five to one our favorite spots. We can’t even benefit from the points or add all the ones from our purchases with this app.

Why haven’t they fixed this?
I usually go every now and then to the place and when I do I use my phone number to get reward points and such. But now I can’t. They said to use the app and to use the receipt to upload it and get the points. I just tried to download the app and Sue it. But when I sign up. The app crashes. I tried deleting and doing it again. I try to log in since it did get created but the app keeps crashing. And I tried again to open it but it just crashes immediately. The app gets a one star and I can’t even put my points in or see how much I had previously with my phone number.
