Stopped Working
The app stopped working several months ago and no one at my local store able to give me an answer
App doesn’t launch
Quite disappointing that there are reviews statung the same issue for over a month and it has not been fixed...
Terrible App, Zero Stars if Possible
App opens and then closes right away. Re-installed many times and the app is still garbage. The stores won’t even help put points in our account now because it has to be through the broken app. Please fix it! Is this a ploy so that we can’t redeem points? It’s my birthday! Terrible app, zero stars if possible.

Cannot log in
I cannot log in on my iPhone 12 or my iPad. I’ve tried on other devices as well the app will not load. Cannot redeem points or add points. Please fix your app ASAP

When I attempt to open up app it won’t register. I went to see if there was an update and there isn’t at this time. Disappointed that I can’t register my points and purchases. Spent $23 today and I won’t be able to upload my receipt unless fixed.
Unable to login/register
If you use authenticate with apple id, it takes you to questions to answer like phone # etc, but it says not all required questions answered even if you filled everything out. No option to exit or return to prior menu or anything; rebooting app doesn’t even fix this.
