App crashes

After having the app for a while and built up a lot of rewards, the App crashed. Tried deleting it and reinstalling still nothing. Not sure what I can do from here. I liked having to App to order from for easy pickup....it’s too bad! Good idea though!

App keeps crashing

I’ve updated to the latest version and my app keeps crashing when I try to enter the app.

App doesn’t work keeps crashing

I like the old way better where you would put your number in at the location to collect points. Obviously this app was made to scam people out of missing points. That can hurt them in long run if people decide to stop going like me

Corporate doesn’t care

I wrote to the corporate office asking them to fix the software on the app. They seem clueless that it is not working for so many people, and useless in terms of fixing it. My rating is a lot of ZEROs.

Cant log in

Fix it! It wont let me transfer old points. It says email and phone number already taken

Unable to log in

I’m unable to log in. I’ve been in to the store several times. They don’t take the phone number anytime and I’m losing reward points.

This app has nit worked for a long time

This app has nit worked for a long time, I’ve written//chat. With techs to inform app does not go beyond title screen. Still no fixes have been done. It’s “Frozen”

Can’t log in through a new phone

I got a new phone but I’m not able to log in to my account that has a lot of rewards points

Won't log my points anymore

Title says it all. I used to be able to scan my receipt barcode and get points but now everytime I do that it says "congrats! you earned 0 points" so it's basically useless at this point. I don't know what changed but I won't keep this app around if I can't even use it anymore.

Unusable since upgrade

Same issue as others have reported. Since they upgraded, can’t log in with the “this email is already in use” issue. Can’t migrate. Lots and lots of emails back and forth. They say they can see my account and point balance and have migrated it but still can’t access it via the app on the phone so unusable. Feels like they didn’t do enough QA before rolling this out.
