Forgotten food
After many tries trying to access my birthday coupon which I still is not working my birthday was yesterday. I got my food picked up only to realize that my daughter food is missing the main dish. The MEAT !!! I have attempted to call at least 5 times only to be directed to the address. So basically my child did not get a complete meal and I can’t not call and let them know.Show lesskeleigh parrish.A
Massive positive changes to app
Ok, this app as been PAINFULLY hard to use and very frustrating. However, SIGNIFICANT noticeable changes have been made and now it is much easier to use. The ONE thing that REALLY needs to be ADDED is an icon for your basket somewhere near the top right side. This would allow you to immediately get there. Often times when adding an item, I plug in all the ingredients hit the add to order and then am at a loss as to how to get back to my existing order because after I hit the add it doesn’t take me back to my existing order. So, an auto link back to the basket from the add button would be GREAT but if at least if there is an icon for my existing basket at least I can get back to it. AGAIN, MUCH IMPROVED APP (and almost there).Show lessAdd option, next update!
Great food, not the best app
Love the food, really fresh and delicious except the app doesn’t differentiate when you order a wrap and a bowl, so essentially everytime I order a wrap it gets to the store as a bowl. Other than that technicality I love the place and they fixed my meal without a problem. Great customer service as well.Show lessCrisitanS
No Apple Pay
I’m not getting up to get my wallet every time if I typically have Apple Pay available. So now I’ve ended up ordering elsewhere where it’s easier.Rachel___YS
I’m not going to get my wallet
Look, I like Mezeh, and the app is fine for looking through the menu and stuff, but at least 3 times now I’ve ended up with Chipotle instead because Mezeh’s app doesn’t use any of the many, many existing ways to pay that every other modern restaurant app does. No Apple Pay, no PayPal, no Venmo, Cash, and no payment at pickup. That means every time I’ve made an order, I then had to go find my wallet even though all that info is already stored somewhere, and so every time I’ve ended up with some other restaurant’s food. Really no excuse not to fix this problem.Show lessbpetruzzo
Order was trash
Mobile order wasn’t prepared until 20 minutes AFTER I arrived. No option to complain about that specific restaurant so I guess the whole establishment gets the one star.Mezehman
App doesn’t work
The sign up for this app is broken. you can go through the onboarding signup process, but once the app launches, all your data under account is missing And it will not allow you to put in your birthdate so you can’t even fix it. Fix your app guys!Caldwellone
Coupons don’t work
App works great as far a simple navigation and ordering ability. However the promos / coupons never work and they always pop up prompting you to place ordersas4904
Add Photos
The food is great but it would be really nice to see photos when making your own bowl. I don’t eat here that often and I struggle with remembering which toppings I like, I would love to see the images like on the website ordering.
Also, adding Apple Pay would be really helpful.molly gift
