App won’t allow login
This bug hasn’t been fixed for months. We can never log in to order anymore. Website is fine, food is great, app is terrible.nikkkkks14

I know things are more expensive; however we should still het the same amount of food for the money you pay… but OVERALL GREAT SERVICEFAMILY SHAQ
This app is terrible
Worked for a bit. Then logged me out and cannot log back in. All my favorite orders, rewards etc. all gone. While it worked it was good, only had a few hiccups. But this is unreliable.Coolhandlukeboy
Just a wrapper for their awful website
This isn’t really an app, it’s just a fancier wrapper for their awful website. I’ve reset my password twice, and it still won’t let me tap on the “login” button for me to check out.

We love Mezeh but the app takes forever to scan in the store and it never lets us order through it for pick up .raekyle
Unable to check out
Every time I went to the payment page in the app it would automatically kick me back to start over on my order. It’s happened multiple times before I finally gave up and decided to eat somewhere else.EGR86
Best food and app
While I would talk about how much I love the food options and bowls at Mezeh, this app is also the easiest for placing orders, choosing options, counting calories, etc. It remembers my orders for easy reorder and the rewards are top notch!Jennysbeautibees
Good food, but terrible app.
Using the app, I got double charged. After going through customer service, they dragged their feet to refund the money, which I never got from them. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back. They also make it impossible to redeem your rewards if you order online.DaTurdBurgler
