Much improved
The app is considerably better than it was before. Thank you for updating it. Ordering is much easier, especially extras like extra pita bread which I purchase every time because it is made fresh. I hope soon, however there is a way to favorite an order, save an order or re order a previous order. Right now I cannot recover past orders and need to build one from scratch every time. I order the same thing so having this feature would be awesome. Thanks!Show lessShag1602
Toppings are taken off

Needs a lot of work
This app is frustrating to use. It does not save past orders, does not allow me to reorder favorites, does not have a big button on the front page that says “start order”. Please look at an easy to use app like for Panera to get some ideas on how a good interface works. If the salads were not so good, I would not use the app at all. Please fix this!Show lesscode hack
New Update is Terrible
The new “update” is terrible, it doesn’t even list a bulk of the toppings but now you can no longer order from the Mezeh Marketplace and can only do so online.Katie_J235

Literally the worst app. Can’t even order using it.
I have no idea why they use the vendor LevelUp. For the 3 years of eating at Mezeh their app has never worked well. Now it’s completely useless. Thought I would give it a try after getting an email that they have updated the app but when I submitted my order it was immediately canceled at said the location I was ordering from was not accepting their own apps orders 😂😂. It’s too bad, I love the food at Mezeh but can’t eat there unless I have time to go and wait in the line.Show lesscorgi892
Bad app made somehow worse
App used to be terrible but usable before the most recent update, now I can’t even place an order. Added things to cart then order cancelled after submitting it… and deleted the contents of my cart. Will eat somewhere elseNickName38363930
Was going to give them money but can’t
Downloaded the app to try this restaurant and the app is so incredibly broken in a number of ways. Worst of all it won’t let me order for pickup or delivery.
