Rewards unusable
I get rewards but can’t apply them! ‘Scan with App’? They are already contained within the app! Scan them with what? The iPhone in my hand that contains the rewards, yet won’t show them other than an item listing?Bubbasuth

App needs a major overhaul!!
This app is terrible. The over functionality is not user friendly. Some major things that need to be addressed:
1. Redeeming rewards is difficult!
You cannot redeem rewards when ordering through the app!
You also cannot redeem rewards in the store and also pay with the app. You have to choose: either pay through the app and not redeem the reward or redeem the reward and have a separate form of payment outside of the app on hand to cover any remaining balance.
This is very inconvenient. As the stores do not accept Apple pay. This needs to be fixed! Other stores such as Starbucks have the payment and rewards fully integrated and you can redeem the reward and pay through the app all at the same time.
2. The online ordering experience is difficult. If you go out of the cart/my bag to change your order etc instead of being able to go right back and view your order in the cart — you have to reselect your location/restaurant before you can go back into my bag to view the order.Show lessjmh5925
Good Food, Terrible App
It’s a good thing the food at Mezeh is delicious, because their app is the worst. Half the pictures are assigned to the wrong label. It’s not easy to navigate around the app in terms of editing your order or finalizing payment.Ramrod!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful!
This app is awful. At our office we have short time for lunch and we tried like 4-5 times and it never went through. And it wasn’t the first time it happened. Keeps deleting the order. Doesn’t take the credit card, etc. Love the food though!ma_yi_to
Great food/ difficult app
Love the food! Very hard to navigate on the app. I can’t edit the time for pick up after I pick my food. I can’t find the scan screen to redeem and earn rewards. Not intuitive.jlambo3
