We have anew store in the area, I thought the app would be convenient.
Not at all. It forgets my password, payment information.
It asks for location every time instead of allowing a favorite. The online ordering isn’t user friendly. It forgets information. It doesn’t have a favorites button or let you reorder from before.

Inconsistent
LevelUp + Zuppler + Mezeh = bad Idea. You can’t let your subcontractor subcontract a subcontractor. It gets too confusing.
Tried to place an order and it made me log in to zuppler using my level up. I went to my cart to check the contents and there was no way to go back to ordering more. When I pressed “order online” it restarted me.Show lessMyuzekal
Terrible experience
No clear option to apply Meze credit. Did not let me select a pick up time that was in normal business hours (and only 30 mins after my order time). Overall clunky and confusing user interface.rm123455
The most frustrating experience
To be asked for a payment method and scan my card only to be asked again to enter my card information to place an online order. Why?? And then trying to get back to my order didn’t allow me a way, so clicking on online order again from the menu wiped out what I had already entered and removed everything from my cart. Delete. Something changed with payments
I use to love the app, but something changed where now I can’t pay via app. I now have to do things the old fashion way. 😫LuckELea
Payment is a Problem
The only bad thing about this app and their rewards is that you can only have one payment method saved. I can’t use both my personal and work cards based on the scenario. It leaves me using my other card without rewards so I don’t have to update my profile every other purchase.lahrah25
Nothing about this app makes sense or works
Their current promotion is to sign up for this app to save $3 on an order. The $3 can't actually be redeemed. Then there is a setting within the app menu that turns screen brightness up to 90% by default and this cannot be changed.
I was prompted to add payment information so I could actually use my $3 coupon. Cool. I did that. I chose not to add it to passbook.
Next step, place an order using the app to pickup in store. Select my store, figure out my order. Checkout. Prompted to add payment information... WHAT?! What was the point of my entering it earlier? Is this app here to help me add payment information to passbook? I don't need that assistance from this app.
Enter in payment information again. Add tip, verify phone number, schedule pickup. Pretty neat stuff. Then the payment can't be processed because they don't have encryption...
So this was a nice waste of time. This app has two features that work. They can add a credit card to passbook for you. You can look at their menu. Terrible.Show lessConrad Beoulve

Great and easy way to order, simple app to navigate around between food choices, pick locations and so on. $3 credit given as soon as you download the app. Can't beat it.mezehboy17
