    What’s going on with this ashole’s?
    Latinos here are applying “dogs hate dogs”
    Come on man. Make a better country and don’t be jealous because another Latino (like me) is making more money than you. You don’t know, maybe I’m making less thank you.
  • You Ruined This App

    Doesn’t keep you logged in and constant server failures when trying to log in. Makes it impossible to see if I’m near a reward threshold or not and it’s very frustrating. L. One Star
  • Easy to use with one suggestion…

    The app is great, but there’s no way to request additional sauces with your food item (I.e.- a 2nd Tzatziki sauce). It would be a great feature, so the employees aren’t interrupted at the register assisting other customers.
  • can’t log in

    I have reset my password on the website and can order fine from there, but the app refuses to acknowledge my log in. defeats the purpose, no?
  • It’s the employees not the app

    I have used the app four times in my life to order ahead while I’m at work. After waiting ten minutes or so each time (normally my walk from work to the restaurant) i arrive and no one has even started making my order. I have had to tell them my name each time so they could go find my order and begin making it. What’s the point of the app? There’s never a line here. It’s never busy. Just walk in and order in the line.

  • Latest update made it impossible

    Update in December 2023 took away the option to scan in store for reward points. Employees couldn’t figure out how to apply rewards in store either. Meanwhile the app has limited options making it easier to order in person.
  • Changed for the worse!

    Since you changed the app in December, it is no longer user-friendly. There’s no linkage between emails or texts and the app to apply codes for special offers. I can’t enter receipts into the app manually or by scanning. No way to get help on the app; can only complain here.
  • Not busy ordered 1 hr aahead still late

    I ordered 1 hour ahead. Wasnt ready. App clearly isnt in sync with the cville location.
  • New app is useless

    No way to scan or use Apple wallet or anything. Now I have to aske them to look me up by email in order to get points. Major downgrade. Who decided this was better?
  • New app eh

    Old app was better than new app. And they didn’t fix the biggest problem — cant order extra anything except meat. No special instructions. Extra olives? Nope. Want your bowl mixed up instead of the little quadrants? Nope.
