Awful - App abandoned
App hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Nothing works. I can’t even get to a screen to order once I select Pickup. Look at the most recent reviews. Mostly 1 star and months old. Mezeh should be embarrassed to collect so many 1 star reviews without taking ANY action. Seriously lame. Save yourself frustration and just use the website to order.Show lessPajama Superfly
Terrible
The food is amazing here but they have probably the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s basically a wrapper for their browser site. Navigation is wonky, sometimes you can’t even order, and it can just be buggy overall.fly-fox
This app needs A LOT of work
I download the app and instantly it ask me to put down my personal information, which is fine if it didn’t ask me several additional times throughout the ordering process, feels absurdly unnecessary and time wasting, the other thing that was also very impractical was that you were limited on the amount of base you wanted, for example if you wanted kale mixed greens and white rice , you can’t do that because you can only choose 2, you’re paying just let me add what I’d like to eat, if I wanna eat 2 extra portions of rice just charge me accordingly.Show lessEben2JZ
Website disguised as an app
The food ordering part of the app is literally just the mobile website (if you scroll all the way down, it says “download our app”-that’s what I thought I was using?). It’s not the worst, but if you’re going to make an app for a restaurant, the most critical feature should be the best designed, not just a hyperlink buttonShow lessDanielson116
Glitches!
I wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to get this app to work. It kicked me back out repeatedly BBridges, dropped my order, hung up on the cc screen. I finally ordered through a third party vendor, costing them and me money. Fix it!MBbridges

Great food, unnecessarily complicated app
love love LOVE Mezeh’s food, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. it is not an accessible app, is unnecessarily complicated, and very frustrating to use. please do a major redesign! so many other fast casual places have apps that function well, there’s no reason why Mezeh can’t have one as well.Sazifrazz
Garbage App
App asks you to register and type in all your info then add a payment method. Then when you actually try to order food it asks you to enter all of this stuff - every single piece of it - again. Like how did you forget it? How many times do you need my credit card number? And why does the app need permission to use Bluetooth. VERY SKETCH. Apps are supposed to be easy to use. Disappointed
I am so disappointed with what I have noticed last few month at our local Mezeh!
Not sure what has changed at our local Mezeh , they have not been able to keep up availability of a simple pita bread or grilled eggplant in the display case , today the actual lunch was even more disappointing …
Humus selection was all dried up … they had no servings of any humus last few hours … and it was 12pm … arugula was wilted and brownish green …
not very appetizing… should I really go one …

The worst app interface I’ve ever used
Would love to try their food but this garbage app is a hybrid between itself / their website / and LevelUp. Configured my order 3 separate times only to get booted out of the order trying to pay. Won’t be getting my businesschris1234!$&@
