No longer have access to my account
I downloaded the app, great at first but am no longer able to logon, password reset just puts me to the never ending circle. So I have deleted but now can not get a reset to access online
Just been updated….
….but is the bug fix the login one, i.e. autofill and biometrics? Sadly not. Don’t bother updating this app until this function is fixed as it has the same functionality and user interface as the website. One star as this app doesn’t function as an app.

Does not work at all
Haven’t been able to login for about two months. Apparent they’re working round the clock to fix this issue but the last app update was 2 weeks ago so I guess not?
Not fit for purpose
This is terrible, what has happened ? It looks like someone has come along and taken it back to the 80s. I bet they paid a lot of money to whoever designed this. Can’t pay a bill even if I wanted to it’s so clunky. Gave up in the end.
Works ok but…
Neither login autofill nor enabling biometric access are functional. Without these this app serves no purpose as it has no more features than the website!
Full of Bugs
There are lots of bugs in this. The worst ones relate to logging in. It doesn’t remember user names and biometrics can’t be enabled. This makes logging in painfull.
Still needs a lot of work to make it usable
A good idea but still a lot of bugs. Some text and icons overlap on screen. Biometric login doesn’t work. Can’t use text messaging for 2-factor authentication as it doesn’t recognise the correct phone number. It may be worth trying again after a few more versions.

Poor app. Won’t save anything and doesn’t show anything you want. Shame. It’s actually worse than I thought.

Does not let you turn on biometric login even though there is the option. Won’t let you change direct debit amount - sets it to zero
Terrible - don’t download until they fix it
Terrible app which is barely more than an app view of a website. Despite toggling biometric access ‘enabled’, there is no way to make it stay enabled and every time I return to that part of the app it has disabled itself again. This app should not have been released until it had more functionality than this.

Just as bad as customer service
Where to start! The app is basically a glorified version of the website, meaning it has just the same levels of bugs, ugliness and rubbish usability. And, it logs you out every single day. The account sections are poorly designed for mobile navigation, being much worse than their rivals and the functionality isn’t there.
There’s no push notifications, no easy way to check usage. It’s all rather disappointing, and again, very much a glorified web browser

Logs me out
Logs me out every time I open the app and it doesn’t remember my username or password
Pathetic
As others have said, this app offers the same functionality as the website, which is also pretty poor. But it doesn’t even save your login details and Face ID doesn’t work. How they could be happy releasing this is a mystery. I am embarrassed for Affinity Water. Uninstalling now.

Going round in circles trying to login to my account. No help at all from phone call. Told me to go to app again . The app is not working. Not a happy bunny.

This app does not work and the problem you have logging in then being told you’re locked out as you’ve had more than 5 attempts is ridiculous.

Face ID doesn’t work
The app claims to allow Face ID, and there is a setting to enable it, but as soon as the option is enabled the app disables it again. Useless.
Worst of utility apps
Complete ordeal to set up and then never logs you in despite not logging out. Does not trigger password app in Apple iOS when app login appears. Biometrics turns itself off after you turn it on. Affinity, please get a competent company to write your app. You emailed me to load it, so render it fit for purpose. Latest version 1.05. It should be as flawless as Octopus etc..

Poor
Has anyone actually tested this app? It’s very poor in fact it’s unusable as unable to sign in and the entire UI and UX is buggy and poorly executed. It also feels very dated
