Always a glitch
I love using this app I use it regularly however there are times and most of the time that it won’t save the card to the Walmart app or there’s always some kind of glitch that I have to wait a day before I can actually use the app. It just gets frustrating when I need to place an order or get items and I have to wait because this app is glitching. And yes, I have updated my app several times still nothing.

It’s a good app customer service sucks , they ask a bunch of questions before getting a refund on orders that’s been canceled by seller . They want screenshots of your id too , It takes too long I’ve had a seller cancel 3 orders on Amaozn . Man Afterpay gave me the run around about the refund . I paid off my payment on Afterpay . Good luck trying to get your money back for orders that got canceled they will not refund you !

Worse app ever
So I contacted them to see when I could get my spending power back. After paying my past due balance. I heard nothing from them all day. I get a notification from them. I try to log in to see what they said and I seen that they had closed my account.
On top of that they kept saying I had past due balance. Even though I didn’t have a balance to pay.

Not letting me do verification identity
I’ve tried to verify my identity but it’s only allowing me to add my ssn and I want to use my passport and it’s not letting me. I already call and check and it’s says a passport is approve. But it’s not giving me the option to submit any picture or to prove my identity and it blocked me from all the stores because I wasn’t able to prove my identity. I contact customer service and they keep telling me I can’t get a card due I wasn’t able to prove my identity. I’m tired of repeating I don’t want any card. I just want to prove my identity and they acted like dumbs and keep saying I can’t get a card due that reason. NOT HELPFUL!!!!!

Absolutely 💕 this app. I love that paying orders are instant and you can set it to come out of Apple Pay you can pay early too no problem , there are tons of stores, and gift to choose from the payment to the order purchase is instant as well. the payment schedule is clear also the amount owe you can see the full amount also separate order amounts 😁 I use it for school supplies recently no problem got the things I needed easy pay offs. great app

This app banned me
This is really a disappointment. I used to really like this app until now…
I did have some overdue payments (because i was financially struggling) but now since I paid it off, somebody (idk who it is that works for Afterpay) banned me from using the app. I called the agent over the phone and they said it was nothing they could do. Very disappointing. I will never use this app ever again.

Helpful, for a single mom.
I have two children both with disabilities, & one requiring constant supervision. That being said it’s been difficult to make ends meet. Thanks to this app I can provide my sons nice school clothes(on sale) I can buy my older son shoes, he grew three sizes in one year! So to some it might seem as if I use it for frivolous purchases, but as a single mother who dose not receive any support from their father, I’m able to get my children quality basic needs. The fees are high, however that’s the sacrifice I make.

Would be great if it didn’t always have issues
I find myself talking to customer service so often with this app, & NEVER for a good reason. Not like they can ever help. They always say “ Due to the system “ or they can’t manually make corrections. It’s always some reason why they can’t help you, even if you bring proof/receipts. Dealing with this app is not only a disservice but a stressor. There is constantly something wrong, i’ve paid on time and have gotten my spending limit dropped for no reason, customer service has only said there system decides how your spending limit is calculated & they can do nothing about it. Ive paid my dues on time and the system would say I never paid it, MIND YOU I have the bank statements to confirm it was paid. So at that point not only does there system take away my ability to use it but it is trying to charge me double then my account is put in a negative and I can no longer use the app when needed. This is literally the worst app for split payments. I do not recommend unless you like speaking to customer service all the time.

100% useless
If you intend on using the card in person, it’s 100% Useless and does not go through. I called customer service to ask why and they blamed it on the vendor saying that the vendor set limits but that’s not true at all

I’ve Been using this app for a probably around a year now and everything was completely fine until a few months ago that the app asked me to verify myself AGAIN so I did MULTIPLE TIMES WITH PICTURES AND INFO and the stupid app STILL refuses to accept my verification… and now I can’t even use the app in the stores I shop at. literally so frustrating please fix this :/
