Will never use this app or company to rent a car again.
Got into an accident that wasn’t even our fault. Tried to contact support during the accident and they could not get us to the right person to get the necessary information. By the time we got everything figured out after looking like fools during this process we were told that we should
not have to pay for damages as the accident was not our fault. We followed the directions that were given to us during this phone call.
We returned the car the next day and went out of our way during our vacation to get the necessary information that was asked for. This information was then given to the people at the drop off location and we were told that everything looked great.
A couple months go by and we get a bill in the mail for damages to the car and that we were at fault after they did their “review” despite this not being the case and the other driver even admitted that it was their fault! On top of this, they even provided pictures of the damages and some of the damages that were noted in the pictures were already present on the vehicle before we even drove it off the lot! So they’re trying to make us pay for damages that were not our fault and damages that were already present on the car before this accident! I usually don’t leave reviews but this was a very terrible experience and scummy on their end. I guess you’re just a free punching bag when you rent a car because no matter what you’ll be at fault for the recklessness of others while they don’t have to pay a dime.
