What's New in Athlytic

26.5.4

August 14, 2026

Improvements: Total Energy Burned is added back to Energy detail card. Some widgets received a design refresh. Improved manual sleep handling: Apple Health sleep entries longer than 3 hours now count toward overnight sleep when no sleep-stage data is available. Improved Apple Intelligence Workout Analysis. Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue with the new Share Cards where Running Splits colors were reversed. Also on the Share Cards adding a photo won't remove the Map Share Card. Improved Heart Rate Recovery accuracy and no-data handling after workouts. Heart Rate Zone 5 now shows as open-ended (e.g. "166+") rather than capped at 210 bpm which seemed to confuse some users. Fixed an issue where the Apple Watch Steps Widget might not update on iOS 27. Follow Us IG: @athlytic_app Reddit: r/AthlyticAppOfficial X: @athlytic_app Thanks! Gary

Great App

Wonderful insights and great way to keep track of your health

Inconsistent

Rest metric never works, have had multiple nights with no metrics. Not worth the money.

Not very accurate

This does not align with how I feel at all. For example, I have felt great training all week and the app has told me my recovery has been 30-45%. This morning is the first day all week that I have been 100% recovered (according to the app) and I am incredibly sore and tired from a hard workout yesterday. It’s telling me that my cardiovascular fitness has decreased with it most definitely has not. In fact, it’s better than it has been in a while. I feel great on long runs (5+ miles) I do sleep with my apple watch and have changed the settings to what is recommended but I still find this to be wildly inaccurate.

AMAZING!

This app tells you everything you need to know about your health in an easy digestible way. Couldn’t recommend more!

Love the details

I’m currently in training for a tournament. I thought I would try a more analytical approach than in past. I gave this app a shot, and it works amazingly! The pairs perfectly with my Apple Watch. Days I would mentally try to push my body and potentially get injured, when this app says don’t train, I enjoy a rest day. Also, days that I’m tired and I open up the app and it says I should train, it gives me that little bit of motivation I need.
