The Hartford APP…?
2 Stars because I’m no longer sure that this app is functional. I also need to go to the website because this app freezes everywhere I click? So sad. It also appears that the App has not been updated since 2017…!? Is that correct? I’m so confused. Standing by for your reply should the app be functional; if not - please delete it. Still a Loyal customer.

Cannot log in from iPhone
Repeated attempts to log in using this app but the login screen fails to display. Tried to reload this app twice but it still does not open the login screen. I now have to open a web browser on my iPhone to access The Hartford
Can't login!
I wasn't even able to use the app. When I clicked the LOGIN button, it hung up the app, so I wasn't able to do anything. Really frustrating coming from the Allstate app where everything worked smoothly and I was able to save my ID cards to my Apple wallet. I guess you get what you pay for. 😩
Terrible "App"
Had I know this App was so poorly designed I would have never switched auto policy. This is not a genuine App, but rather just a simple and silly link to Hartford's website. Once this App is opened it takes almost a minute of "processing" to get to the log-in page. Geico and USAA Apps are so much better. Will most likely abandoned Hartford when my new 6-month policy ends.

It doesn’t work
The app is highly buggy, at least on iOS. Clicking on login takes me to a blank page that never refreshes. It’s been this way for over six months. I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled, but the problem persists. What good is an app that a customer can’t access?
