Useless
I spent about 5-10 min getting my account set up. I even had to dig out my title number. After doing all that and entering my credit card info (no Apple Pay was available), no matter what I got an error every time I tried to pay. And I triple checked my information. In the end, I spent about 2 min going to the clerk’s website and completing/paying the registration renewal. Don’t waste your time!

The app is unusable and so horrific that it would be laughable but not for the fact that I actually need to renew these expensive TN auto tags🫥

Paid for my tabs
I paid my tabs, but this auto assistance keeps saying that I don’t and it’s irritating because I’m going out of town and I need a copy of it. It’s very slow and needs improvement.
What happened
This used to work so well, what happened to it? Literally nothing works anymore. Take it off the App Store if you’ve sunset it.

Constant error messages trying to renew my tags on this app…

I can even input my card information without multiple error codes. In addition the fee for renewal you pay is much more than paying at local county clerk office

So, I know government just sucks at doing anything well but this is ridiculous. First you have to use title and tag to add the vehicle…why?
Then after you get the vehicle added, you cannot add payment info.
Clicked the support button on app, get 404 error and some weird business name in TN.
Please make it easier to take my money for the privilege of driving a car.

DOES NOT WORK
Thought this would be handy but I can’t even add a vehicle. Typed in tag number and title number and All I get are error messages popping up. I’ve tried it several times and it never works.

The app doesn’t work don’t waste time. Agencies recommending or using this app should remove from their website.
Typical Waste of Resources
I have tried to enter plate and title # for simple registration renewal multiple times to nothing other than a circulating “waiting” symbol.

Adding my registration card to wallet is not working . It says safari can’t download ?!

I downloaded the app and entered my information got the account created but cannot login, because when I press sign in it changes the m at the end of the “.com” to n.
