No longer a supported app
It’s been over a year since the latest update. I’m not comfortable using this anymore because of that and the sensitive information that’s used. Can’t add the pass to your apple wallet anymore either

Error 404 when trying to pay for renewal
Had this app for a few years. When I first downloaded the app, I had no problem with paying for my renewal for registration, but as of lately, when trying to renew registrations, it constantly gives an error of 404. I go online to the my state website to renew my registration that way. Only worth having due to a digital copy of your registration and insurance if needed.

Future government agencies
Please, pick another app company! Since we as citizens can not choose, and you as public servants and our elected officials, must choose for us. Don’t just phone this in or let simple John make this decision because let’s face it he doesn’t do anything around here and he needs to do something even though we all know he will screw it up.

Error
Kept getting error codes for trying to enter credit cards, banking info, etc to be able to renew my vehicle. Useless

App doesn’t work, can’t enter payment method, email verification doesn’t work….everything just doesn’t work. Delete and start over.

Useless
I spent about 5-10 min getting my account set up. I even had to dig out my title number. After doing all that and entering my credit card info (no Apple Pay was available), no matter what I got an error every time I tried to pay. And I triple checked my information. In the end, I spent about 2 min going to the clerk’s website and completing/paying the registration renewal. Don’t waste your time!

Paid for my tabs
I paid my tabs, but this auto assistance keeps saying that I don’t and it’s irritating because I’m going out of town and I need a copy of it. It’s very slow and needs improvement.

This used to work so well, what happened to it? Literally nothing works anymore. Take it off the App Store if you’ve sunset it.

I can even input my card information without multiple error codes. In addition the fee for renewal you pay is much more than paying at local county clerk office
