Makes scheduled so easy!
I love setting my availability and sending off links for people to schedule themselves! It makes my life so much easier and makes meetings simple and easy to access for everyone. I love this app!
Your loosing the theme
Cale fly is awesome for letting others book time on my gCal with a Zoom meeting. Why change the app so I need extra clicks to get to a shareable link?
Too sensitive
The app is beautifully displayed and very organized though the app is too sensitive itself and I had to try multiple times in order to have my hours available without merging with other ones when I should have the option to override that, but there is none.
Going down hill
I’ve been using the ap for about 5 years. Every update they do has made the ap more flakey, increased calendar sync issues, make the layout harder to use.
With the latest ap update…
Now the ap sends a notice that you have a new event scheduled but when you get to the ap’s calendar isn’t not there all. Sometimes it takes hours to show up.
The Google Calendar sync as of two updates ago sometimes takes days for it to sync and show up. It used to be almost instant. They say a google issue but it didn’t have that issue at all until Calendly did their update. It can’t be a coincidence.
Icons sometimes are overlayed with your events and are randomly in the obviously wrong spots. It’s a mess.
What was a straight forward easy to use ap now has slowly tried to become more fluffy that ultimately uses too many resources and lost functionality. Please slim back down the ap to more utility less bubble gum graphics and get out your bug spray out. Cause it’s infested with bugs and likely redundant programming eating up bandwidth. Later gators. I’m going shopping.

I love this app
Not being paid to write this so I hope it helps. Calendly reached out to me and showed me how to fix the issue I had (you can instantly change your availability in your profile under accessibility!) This is the greatest app, and I’m only using the free version. It is my favorite app on my phone for my small business. I can schedule clients, or they can schedule themselves. I can email them after, and it’s very user friendly. Thank you for making an amazing product, thank you for reaching out!

new app is buggy
The updated version of what was once a great app is not great. Bring back the reliable Calendly, please!
Nope to new changes
I hate that I can’t change the wording now from my Microsoft calendar. All you’re letting me do is reschedule or delete - but sometimes I just need to add a note for the client to see or add a Zoom link - I can’t even make changes in the notes *within* the Calendly app for the meetings. This will end my use of Calendly.

Challenging
This app is like capitalism. It's terrible, but it's the best available. I rate it at three, but I would rate its competitors at a one. It's user interface is hard to navigate, even on a desktop, it only gives you a tiny section of space to see what you're editing, it's super inconsistent about changes and we have the enter updates in more than one place before updates show up on events. Bottom line, Calendly it's hard to use but everything else I've tried is even worse.

Annoyed with new update
I LOVEDDDDD this app so much! It used to make my life so much easier but now it’s useless to me. I used to be able to manage my availability so easily with the push of a button, but that’s no longer the case. Now I have to log into the website which defeats the purpose of the app. My schedule changes constantly so the app was helpful to block out times quickly, and now that’s no longer an option. I’m going to have to look for a new schedule provider. If this gets fixed then I’ll happily redo my review. Please bring that option back!!!!!

Poor
Every time I try and edit my availability today it keeps asking me to log in when I’m in already. It often notes appointments to clients as 2 different times the actual time slot and one hour later. Doesn’t adjust well to different time zones.
Update is not great
They just vibe coded the most recent update and the UI sucks. It’s looks bad and doesn’t flow well.
This has been the best
I run a personal growth and love coaching business, and this app has been the absolute best. I will always recommend it to all of my friends who are in the same industry.
Manage Availability
I can’t find a way to change availability for a meeting type in the mobile app. Do I need to go to the desktop app to do this? I wish I could on my phone.

There are bugs. That don’t allow keyboard to appear at login for iPad mini
Simply indispensable
I can’t live without Calendly. It has everything I need. It’s intuitive and easy to use. Love the automated reminders.
Terrible Mobile App
I cannot explain how frustrating it is to use the app for this on your phone. I run an insurance agency and schedule appointments on this app on a consistent basis.
The amount of times I would book an appointment and would have to refresh and close out the app to have it reflect the correct new schedule was absolutely ridiculous.
Even canceled appointment still show on the calendar. I don’t know what the hell they did to this app, but it has gone downhill tremendously. I’ll probably just gonna stick to booking my appointments on Zoom and stay away from this app.

Create Availability
Not as user-friendly in regards to creating availability creating multiple availability props and the mobile app is not as robust as the desktop version they should try and fix that
