Après avoir testé plusieurs plates-formes payantes, et qui sont hors de prix, la formule Calendly, et ce qu’elle propose est tout à fait efficace pratique et facile d’utilisation. Il faut quand même parfois un peu chercher toutes les fonctions qu’il est possible de faire, mais il y a un éventail large.

Easy to Use and Customize
I’ve relied on Calendly for several years to allow clients to schedule their intake meetings and coaching sessions. It’s easy to use, and I appreciate the ability to automate follow up messaging and reminders. New clients can answer questions about their situations and needs when scheduling their intake appointments.. Calendly makes it easy for my clients to pay for their meetings via the PayPal integration. I also like how it integrates with Zoom. Calendly is a one of the best business tools I use. It streamlines my processes. It’s central to my business and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a seamless scheduling tool.

Getting better with time
I’ve been using this service for about 2-3 years now, I’m starting to understand it better using desktop sometimes versus mobile with setting calendar availability. More kinks to work out, but getting easier and better user friendly over time.
Glitching
Whenever I make an adjustment to a meeting type, it reverts back to the schedule of Monday through Friday nine to five.
They changed the whole interface and I can’t find my events now

Apple Kalender
Schade, dass ich es nicht direkt mit dem Apple Kalender synchronisieren kann. Sondern alles über Google Kalender machen muss. Sonst wäre die App eine 10/10 für mich.
Hours and availability
Since the software update, you can no longer click on hours (in the app, and logging onto website directly), it won’t open, it stays “stuck”. So you can’t get into it like before via the app on your phone or via the website, to change hours, add hours, or select availability, or unavailability. It’s frustrating as I’ve never had an issue with this ever before. I hope this is rectified asap. I work a lot through my phone and not accessing this feature on the go, is an issue.

Die App ist gut aber ich würde mir extrem wünschen das man über die App die Obergrenze ändern kann von den Terminen das wäre perfekt.
Ich benutze seit 3 Jahren Calendly und bin soweit super zufrieden aber das belastet mich schon extrem das ich es immer über das Web machen muss.
