This app is simple & easy to use. The badge scanner works smoothly. My favorite feature is the rapid business card scanner - this has been a life saver for tabletop shows & seminars we have hosted. I’d recommend Captello to anyone looking for a user friendly lead scanner at live events.
Clutch for sales
We’ve used Captello now for about 20 events. Huge help to be able to use the same app at all our trade shows. As a sales guy, I love some of the note taking features and not having to worry about entering leads into the system after a show.

Captello has made it possible for us to control our lead flow process from top to bottom, and add some educational game experiences to our events that drove traffic and taught people about our solutions. The app removes all the restrictions that prevented us from collecting and accessing our data when and where we wanted, along with some really handy features that enhanced team visibility, meeting scheduling, etc. Super thumbs up Captello!!

Terrible support
Locks up and won’t open on open ipad. iPhones radial buttons to choice fields are missing. Hundreds of customers and no way to scan.

Per our notes, your mobile devices were in dark mode while your form was configured with black text. For your iPad, we see you were able to capture leads on it after updating the device’s OS per our instructions. Fantastic tool
Been using this for several months and it’s been a revelation to our lead capturing. It’s transcribes voice notes and is ready in our CRM when I’m back in the office. It can even send handwritten letters to my prospects!
