You don’t provide a way to contact when the app is not working and it’s not working

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried logging in various ways by biometric and the regular way to login to the app. It’ll log me in and then immediately kicks me out and says there’s technical issues. How are you supposed to know to fix them if you and actually fix them if I can’t contact you, you provide no way all your contact phone numbers and such are for banking and such. None of them are for technical support.
