Instructions were good but very difficult to follow I wrote my full address and it was rejected Instructions for writing phone numbers do not work either Uploading documents also had too many restrictions Finally I was able to upload my drivers license fully but now I am told that house number and street name is missing Very frustrating!!

App needs work on iPhone
When I open app it asks to check terms and conditions when you go to that page there is no way to come out
Also when you try to logon it keeps on saying download app

No Trust in app/system
FRAGILE. They really have the nerve to say that I should investment in FDs etc. Too many things go wrong transacting with the app or the website. Sometimes my IPIN doesn’t match sometimes some other thing does not match and I try one or two more times and the app will lock your account. If it is not the app, the website will lock your account. The only way to get unlocked is to actually visit a physical location. I am an NRI - how!!

Very convenient and super easy
First I like safety and security of this app - not always logged in requires ipin with each session and session expires after reasonable minutes of inactivity. It saves a lot of time. App has all the features required for mobile banking
Wish it has Remit feature too
App is way better than the website. Wish it gets Remit money to india feature added in app too so we don’t have to login from laptop to send money from foreign country to our cut bank account
