Con Ed always over charges my one bedroom apt, I have saved energy products always over charges and no refunds, I wish I could quit them.

I paid for my bill and after this it said bill was paid and after i checked again after weeks and it was the same amount and they add interest as well , if the payment didnt go through why i wasnt informed?

Billing Discrepancies
Every month, I must review my Bill closely because Con Edison constantly makes errors on my bill and it takes months to get them straightened out. Their math is constantly not “mathing”. Very frustrating. If you don’t pay attention Con Edison will get you.
Paper bill
Disappointed that I was “automatically “ switched to paperless billing . Never asked for it. Had to call and still waiting for paper bills to resume.
