App is good but I’m giving it 1 star UNTIL they fix this. Every time you log in & select any item (“USAGE” & bill view for for example) or anything really, once u switch to any other app for a second & come back to where you were the Coned app refreshes & makes you select what you want all over again. It’s ANNOYING. I’m surprised no one else has complained already (well idk if they did or not) and that they haven’t fixed this major flaw by now.

The biggest scammer in New York. I need service done to my meter and no one will come and help me. Meter stopped working and now there just estimating my bill to whatever they want. Meanwhile electricity is free and there rates do whatever they want. It just so happens that it more expensive in the summer. Ya ok sure. Scammersssss

As you can expect from Coned…
2 factor authentication pushes to email, but when you switch back to the app, it resets to Home Screen and goes back to square 1. Endless loop.

Con Ed has shown me for decades on how efficient, relievable its energy service is but most importantly how its staff are so kind, humane and professional, always. And now with the App, I’m also very satisfied. Thank you, Con Ed!
