Best 5/3/1

Wish it would upload to Strava

Works extremely well

Is this app 100% perfect? No. But what is?

Does this app do what it says it will do? To the furthest degree, yes!

I’ve been using this 5/3/1 tracker for almost a year on and off. I’ve purchased most of its add-ons and I will say; for those who want to do the 5/3/1 program but can’t always figure out the math or what you should do next, this tracker takes care of all of that.

Honestly, the additions are worth their one-time cost and I can say that I’ve done so much better with this app than without.
