Doesn’t work properly
Messages don’t come through once in a chat. You have to keep exiting the chat and going back in to refresh it and see any new messages. So stupid.
Almost useless
Audible notifications rarely work. The only way to use the app is to stare at the screen and wait for the visible banners to pop up. Also- would help to not only have working audible notifications for the start of a chat/ but the ability to get an audible notification each time a customer responds. For some odd reason customers get a ping each time an agent responds, but agents dont get a ping when customers respond. Its as if the developers have never used this app in any real world use setting. Oh , and there is a L O N G lag from the time a customer sends a chat to when it shows up in the app. I often have to close and reopen the app to get the customer responses to show up. Come on FRESHDESK- get it together!

Still feels like a prototype
Been using Freshchat for years but the app still feels like a prototype.
The fact that the app logs out after a few days and stops notifying me of customer messages is a big red flag.
The resolve status button shows an error most of the times. I don’t care about putting initial sentiment - I just want the conversation out of the way.
Cannot put links on text.
The moment there’s a competitor at same price, I’m moving immediately.

Notification Issue
Chat messages/notifications on this app are slow. This creates a confusion if the customer has replied something or not. After refreshing or restarting the app completely you can see a reply there. This gives us a lot of problem during live chat.
A good app - when you can get into it
Does the job and easy to use. However, I haven’t been able to log back into it for the last week - even after deleting the app and reinstalling. Contacting Fresworks support is hit and miss, so for now I’m only using the web version.
The app stopped notifications today
This app is very unstable. It usually doesn't display notifications when you open a chat directly from the locked screen. Today it stop displaying all notifications even from new conversations. I would recommend people to not using this app as it will dramatically affect your business.
Apple Watch notifications???
When Freshcaller gets a call and the agent is set to mobile , Apple Watch does not ring like a normal phone call. I keep my phone on silent and miss too many phone calls because of this. How can I enable my Apple Watch to ring when I get a support call?

Notifications when clients response or new chats are slow on the app.
Send option not visible
Hey after updating the recent version I couldn’t able to see the send icon in the chat from my mobile.

Full of bugs
New update doesn't even allow you to reply to the customer. It's the main reason the software exists! The Apple keyboard covers all the buttons… Come on guys ...... not to mention the long-standing problem of the audible notifications never working. Basically makes this software useless unless you're just staring at the screen waiting for a customer chat to come in.

Don’t waste your time with this
You can’t login, you’ll need some sort of a long url that you don’t even know about, and once you enter it they will show you an error.
and don’t also try to talk with their support because they will tell you get the same url again that will end up not working!!!! stupidest login form i have ever seen.

Freshwork just adding features without any quality supervise
We are having a terrible experience with Freshchat, the automation is not working properly, randomly reacting.
We have been losing customers since last 1 year with these freshchat troubles.
All queries are turned to tickets and then no solution is coming out of it because of your useless techteam.
You guys have thousands of support executives but no one to resolve the basic issues needed to retain users.
