Simple an effective
The Freshconnect app is simple and effective, but I’d like to see a similar ‘Notification Schedule’ that the Freshdesk app has so we can choose not to be disturbed 24/7 by messages.
Fantastic App
I love using Fresh Connect it’s quick and easy to use
Search function
My team would use more often but can’t search to find conversations history. Therefore anything more than a day old is tough to locate. Search function would slam dunk it for us.
Glitch in the app
I like that I can use Freshconnect on my computer and phone. However, recently it has been glitching out on my phone. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still won’t let me see any recent messages. It works fine online, just not in the app. If the glitch were fixed then I would give a higher review for sure.
