The app is TERRIBLE GTL get it together... visit it's not the entire screen you only get a egg bubble that just shows your face if you turn your head or put anything in the camera it cuts off.. your customer service is TERRIBLE they tell you what you already know and no help what do ever very pricey for the quality of it it's not worth it you guys get with connect network there videos are very clear the price is Amazing.. you can schedule your own visits you guys app is still in the 90s please upgrade immediately! Get rid of egg! So we get worth the pay! I want to talk to my husband but man it’s so hard I’m paying and u charge snails for all this time the Keats tou can do is make it convenient for us at the very least! Please and thank you!

this app is horrible and also it send u to a browser instead and even if your alarm goes off it automatically mute u an turn off your camera causing the call to end an sometimes it just dont work at all only 20% of time the app work

Doing too much too many different companies to deal with I still haven’t able to visit and I was missing payments and the customer service support rude they act like they don’t like their jobs and I’m tired of having to deal with this and that need to get it together

This app is horrible because it never works properly like it is supposed to and it causes the person who you were trying to make contact with far as money wise frustrated they need to update this app so it works properly from a MacBook, a laptop or phone. It's ridiculous.

EDIT- I FOUND A SOLUTION!GO TO CONNECT NETWORK APP AND DEPOSIT MONEY THEN IT WILL GET TRANSFERRED AUTOMATICALLY TO VIDEO VISITS.
Every time I try to make a deposit, it refreshes the page and goes right back to the last page. It’s ridiculous! I tried on web browser also - same problem. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Small opinions vs big corporations
You would think with all the money that they’re making they could at least make it to where it’s functional. Every time I try to upload a picture of my license the screen goes white and never comes back on.
Unusable (and won’t change)
I tried to make this app work for about a month to communicate with my girlfriend. Was never able to speak, let alone video with her one time!
And sad to say nothing will change. These companies are monopolies so they charge the highest possible fees and deliver the worst apps and service. While they have a cash machine, inmates and the people they love suffer.

Make notifications with sound.
Would appreciate if the app would be able to notify you of a incoming visit with a sound right now the app only notifies you silently so you have to be looking at your screen if not you miss the visit. For the amount that we pay to receive video calls it’s crazy.

THIS IS PATHETIC AND USELESS. DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS. This app just sends you in circles…. clicks on the menu > My Visits > Schedule a Visit > Clicks on Inmate’s name > Inmate’s name pops (again) along with Block [Inmate’s name] > Clicks on Inmate’s name > Takes me back to Home page.
