Egg Bubble
This is awful. When I was incarcerated you could see everything. Families could show you their house, kids, etc. Now you see a tiny egg bubble with a face. -100/10.
Doesn’t Ring
How can you be there for your loved one when this app doesn’t ring for video visits? There’s no settings in the app or in phone settings to change that. You literally have to be looking at your phone to catch it.
Can not go past what country i reside in…
I do not know what’s going on with this app, I pray that it is fixed soon.
Terrible app and even worse customer service
This is honestly the worst app I’ve ever used. Constantly glitching, have to do some things on computer vs app, customer service is absolutely unhelpful and the most rude people I’ve ever experienced. I feel bad for the people who have loved ones incarcerated and have to rely on this junk to communicate.

Unfortunately, my significant other is incarcerated And it took a week from my account to get verified and I had to call every day for them to say the most unhelpful thing and to keep waiting eventually, it worked, but only for one day and now I’m stuck in the same cycle calling, asking them to verify my account loading everything and it’s still rejecting me I just wanted to put this out there in case anybody else is struggling with the same thing I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m uploading my ID. And apparently I can’t get verified. This is ridiculous and strenuous. just to talk to my inmate please do better GTL network.

Terrible app!
I am very disappointed with this app. It won’t let me deposit the funds and chat with my loved one. So I called the help center and they hung up on my face. Unhappy!
Horrible - not worth it
The video visit app used to be worth it because I got to see my loved one and they got to see me, my entire body, my room, our family, pets, kids, trips, scenery. Now you can only see a circular cut out of the head floating on a screen. Nothing else. If anything blocks my face the video stops working. This app is no longer worth the money. Horrible. So sad for those that aren’t able to see their loved ones in person.

The app don’t allows us to make a video visit and they just received the money and don’t fixed the problem all of them said “we don’t know and all this one and connect network send me back and forth with them” terrible customer service also

This is terrible. You can’t even get to make a visit the name of your contact pops up and it doesn’t give you the opportunity to make that visit.

Notification sounds no nonexistent and horrible customer service
multiples times have had incoming calls and waiting patiently for them for the app to be designed against you. no sound and no rings. not even sure if it lights up if i get a video request. horrible app and the people making it for sure know what they’re doing. miserable customer service taunting in difficult times.

Needs Work
Love that we get to talk to our loved ones hate the fact that we miss the calls because their is no sound to the notification it id very inconvenient; Add some sound to these notifications or allow us a 3 min window to be able to log onto the call..
App needs work
It doesn’t make any sound notification to alert you of an incoming call but it’s not awful just needs more attention. Both parties use it and the tablet stations/wifi are also to blame for dropped calls. I think the biggest help would be an alert notification for people to know they have an incoming call vs having to have your phone visibly in your face to accept a visit.

This is the worst app ever. Since Covid you can’t see anything in person and this is what we rely on. Please get it together bc this is the most frustrating app I’ve EVER used. I don’t even want to give it 1 star that’s how bad it is every single day

No sound for notifications
The video calls will not make a sound to alert that there is an incoming call and yes notifications are on as it sound badges and banners and the sound is on on the phone. Please fix this. Otherwise, you have to be looking at your phone to know you’re getting a call

The app is TERRIBLE GTL get it together... visit it's not the entire screen you only get a egg bubble that just shows your face if you turn your head or put anything in the camera it cuts off.. your customer service is TERRIBLE they tell you what you already know and no help what do ever very pricey for the quality of it it's not worth it you guys get with connect network there videos are very clear the price is Amazing.. you can schedule your own visits you guys app is still in the 90s please upgrade immediately! Get rid of egg! So we get worth the pay! I want to talk to my husband but man it’s so hard I’m paying and u charge snails for all this time the Keats tou can do is make it convenient for us at the very least! Please and thank you!
