worst app ever
i only give one star so i can leave this review. the app sucks. half the time it doesn’t work, the other half one can’t hear the other. puhlease get it together and make a FUNCTIONAL app. We spend a lot of money to see our loved ones through this bs..
TERRIBLE APP AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
-10/10… worst visiting app EVER. I’ve visited people in prison but for the jails to be this bad and cheap, it seems as though they just want the fee covered alone with no visits or ill information to make a profit. The workers need a new day job since they can’t even answer the simplest of questions.

Deposits cannot be made thus using this app is worseless
