Unusable (and won’t change)
I tried to make this app work for about a month to communicate with my girlfriend. Was never able to speak, let alone video with her one time!
And sad to say nothing will change. These companies are monopolies so they charge the highest possible fees and deliver the worst apps and service. While they have a cash machine, inmates and the people they love suffer.

Make notifications with sound.
Would appreciate if the app would be able to notify you of a incoming visit with a sound right now the app only notifies you silently so you have to be looking at your screen if not you miss the visit. For the amount that we pay to receive video calls it’s crazy.

I just downloaded the app to keep in touch with a good friend… I can’t even add funds it keeps kicking me out. How are you gonna offer something that does not work?
Too many bugs
Happy that I can FaceTime my wife but why does it crash every time I wanna make deposit I need to put more money but it keeps bugging out
