I love this app, but it could be better with Home Screen widgets. I would like to put items from my dashboard on my home screen like total events or realtime events

We analytics were better in 1998. Today nothing is clear, it’s just confusion, stupid abstractions, and nothing is obvious.

Not connected to Internet
App shows “Not connected to Internet” even though everything else works on my phone. Happens on data or wifi. Reinstalling and re-adding accounts doesn’t correct issue

This is only marginally better than the website on mobile. No way to see the number of pageviews of a specific page.

Not as advanced as the website
I like the google analytics app overall, but the settings and information is not as advanced or descriptive as the website. I can get much more info by just logging in through safari. Kind of disappointed by the lack of advancement of the app.
Freezes on cellular
Not sure why, but this app doesn’t work if cellular is enabled. You open the app, it freezes the entire OS for a solid minute. But if you turn on airplane mode, it works flawlessly.
No data
No data. No way to view or edit streams at all. Would be nice if it was useful since the website isn’t mobile compatible at all. Apparently the only way to do anything with Analytics is on a web browser. Sad that a company like Google completely ignores the mobile experience.

Love using this mobile app version of Google Analytics. It’s streamlined, functional, and super intuitive to use.
Quit working
App no longer works. Was great when it did but now nothing but an error message. I even tried without WiFi using only phone data. Nothing!
No connection message (error message)
For the past 3 months the app is displaying a “no Internet” message. All other apps work flawlessly, but this one and Google Ads. Support team hasn’t been helpful at all, doesn’t matter how many times I’ve sent them feedback about this issue. After months someone finally reached out, was asked to update to latest version of the apps…as if that wasn’t the first thing I tried the first day. Loved the app when it worked, but customer service is terrible!

We No Longer Trust Google Analytics!
Because it blocked access for Iranian users and deleted their data without prior notice. This approach was highly unethical. At the very least, you could have given us a grace period to export our data. Google, and especially Google Analytics, cannot be trusted with such unprofessional behavior. Perhaps one day, users from other countries will face the same issue. The Iranian startup community, consisting of creative and intelligent young individuals, will undoubtedly find its own path forward.
