App will not allow me to turn in a complaint says no internet connection even though I am. Maybe jacks don’t want to hear complaints
No location
The app can’t find any stores in Missouri even though there is a store less than five miles away
Barely functional
The app frequently erases my entire cart, crashes, says I need to make selection for inaccessible options labeled [hidden], and is overall a chore to use.
Terrible app
Terrible glitchy app. Couldn’t even place an order.
Dumbest app ever
The Jack in the box restaurant near me isn’t even recognized by the app and it’s so dumb because the app has a built in map and I was able to zoom in right in the area where the restaurant is and it said no stores found.
They updated the app and made the reward system useless
Rewards in the mobile app cannot be used in a mobile order, they only work in store. Jacks always pulling some bs like this too. Really disappointed in jacks and their garbage mobile app.
App needs work
Love the food but app is a UX nightmare. Can’t use rewards without already having items in cart. Can’t find rewards after adding items to cart. One “back” button click and your whole order is gone and you have to start over!

Frustrating UI
I was really looking forward to Jack’s, and was even more excited to find out they had an app. However, after 10 mins of errors of trying to submit my order and create an account, I gave up and went somewhere else. Every time an error popped up it would delete my whole order and I would have to start the process all over again. Don’t ask me to sign in with my apple account if I’m just going to have to create another account just to be able to order.

Great Food, Horrible App
This app never works correctly and is a nightmare to navigate. Every time I’ve used it, it’s an awful experience. The coupons NEVER work anymore. It won’t even send orders to the store. I would rate this zero stars if I could. All I want is my chicken. :/
Zero stars location option sucks !!
Terrible app it picks up zero restaurants local in so California and you try and contact them thru feedback and it says no internet connection !!! Awful!! I am in so cal not MS!!!

Does not work.
App doesn’t work in California? Can’t find my location when I’m at the restaurant or any in California for that matter. Says the closest one is in Arkansas 😑
Do not recommend
Horrible place to work. They do not care about there employees. They will work you like a slave with no breaks they won’t even allow you to take a drink of your drink within 5 hour periods. They do not respect customers and will serve old food that’s from days before. They save hamburger patties and sausage from days before. They reuse the same rags to wipe counters where burgers are served but just change the dates on the buckets there in. It’s disgusting. I would have never known until I worked here. I love the food but will no longer eat there. Eat at own risk.

Great app, but points should be more useful
I use the app whenever I eat at Jack’s, and have built up a lot of points. However a good chunk of the menu can’t be redeemed with them. Seems like a bit of a waste.
App Is set up awfully
On my burger order why can I remove condiments but can’t add anything other than dipping sauces makes zero sense

Useless app! I downloaded this app on April 22, 2026 and it won’t let you choose your city or nearest location. No deals or coupons available on here. They want you to order so you can earn points.
Store #325
Louisville, MS restaurant continues to use the mobile app without updating daily inventory or whats available! They will not contact you for substitutes at all or offer them. They will not refund your money,but instead inform you to request refund through the app though there is no PLACE TO DO THAT! So they are stealing money from customers! I ordered a bucket of chicken and biscuits just to arrive at store #325 to say they have not received it. GENERAL MANAGER over store #325 says the order is pending so they cannot give me my order though it has processed out of MY BANK ACCOUNT! This store has repeatedly not given correct mobile orders without offering substitutes or a refund! The mobile app has no place for refunds, not even on FAQs. THEY ARE STEALING! YOU ALL ARE ROBBING customers.

Can’t add the family bundle
Geez you guys lost me as a customer because I was trying to order the family bundle with my $5 off $25+ and it won’t let me add it! I deleted the app and reloaded and I tried from the browser as well. Nada! Couldn’t order so I went somewhere else! What the heck is wrong with the app? The family bundle isn’t hard to do. It’s just 4 sandwiches 4 fries and 4 drinks. 🤷🏻♀️
