Unprepared for iOS 27
There is no way to turn on notifications manually if they weren't already turned on in iOS 27. This issue persists, even when uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I believe the app needs to trigger a push notification for iOS to ask the user to confirm them… Otherwise there's no way to do it manually. Fail, JetBlue devs.

Do not use it to book your tickets on this airline, you will waste hours and then you will get to the end and it will glitch. For such a good airline, it’s amazing how bad they’ve invested in this app. I would fire the team and start over

He comprado tres vuelos con esta aerolínea y, de esos tres, me han cancelado dos. Lo peor es que cancelan mi vuelo el día antes del viaje y, en lugar de ofrecerme una solución o permitirme volver a comprarlo al mismo precio que lo había adquirido originalmente, pretenden que pague un precio mucho más alto.
A pesar de que claramente estaba estresada y preocupada por la situación, el servicio al cliente fue pésimo. No intentaron buscar ninguna alternativa; simplemente repetían que “no podían hacer nada”, como si yo hubiera cometido algún error y no fuera la aerolínea la que había cancelado mi vuelo sin una razón.
Incluso les ofrecí enseñar mi tarjeta y proporcionar cualquier información necesaria para comprobar la compra, pero aun así no buscaron una solución. La única opción que me daban era comprar otro vuelo nacional por más de $500.
Una experiencia totalmente frustrante y decepcionante. Cuando una aerolínea cancela un vuelo con tan poca anticipación, lo mínimo que uno espera es que se hagan responsables y ayuden al pasajero a encontrar una solución, no que lo dejen prácticamente solo y le exijan pagar mucho más. Último vuelo que reserve con esa aerolínea.

Overall, this is a great app. I’m a mosaic 3 member and appreciate the benefits that JetBlue provides for people traveling on the East Coast. There’s only two complaints I’ve got. First, there are some aspects of this app where the usability is a little tough. One example would be when booking through JetBlue Vacations, but there are also other places where Minor usability improvements would be definitely welcomed. The second item is that it would be nice to have the my flights section split into flights for me and flight flights for other people that I’ve added in there so that it’s easy to distinguish the two. If my wife is flying separate from me, but I want to be able to track it easily. I just take her confirmation coded out into my flights but then I have to actually tap into the flight details in order to tell if it’s a flight from me or a flight for her.

Worst airlines
Our flight was canceled yesterday and was rescheduled automatically to today! Which costed us 700$ for the extra night stay! Plus the rebooked flight was also delayed by 4 hours! This is the worst airlines ever

It’s been nothing but delayed flights. I had to wait 4 additional hours and never got updated that it was going to be that long until like hour 3

The broke my suitcase and took them 2 weeks to respond that they won't give me a credit for it. Very unprofessional!
Needs Apple Wallet support
Does the basics but I wish it had Wallet integration like Southwest has, and it shouldn’t need full calendar permission to add flights to your calendar.
